Prime location. Extremely clean. Comfy beds. Ten minute walk to metro and five minute walk to a great grocery store. We will return!

Great spot near Adams Morgan

We enjoyed an extra long weekend in DC, and this location was great for us. You are very close to the liveliness of Adams Morgan, but you will not hear any noise from the nearby street at night.Grocery store and grug store are just around the corner, very convenient

The apartment was immaculate and extremely quiet for being in the middle of the city. Josh was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute place + good location

The place was exactly as described, with everything we needed for our one-week stay. Adams Morgan is a vibrant part of the city, not too far from the Mall, museums, and monuments and the apartment is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars, groceries.

Everything about this place was wonderful, and just what we needed for a long weekend visiting an elderly relative in the neighborhood. Well appointed, brightly lit, clean, spacious, safe, quiet. Close walk to groceries, wonderful restaurants and shops. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Sept. 2024 Stay

Very nice and clean, neighborhood is adorable. Short walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. There is no street parking near the place, you need to unload then more your car to the parking garage down the street, it’s about a 5 walk. Would definitely stay there again.

DC Vacation

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. I traveled with my kids and mom , my pet dog. The location was perfect and accessible to main DC areas for sightseeing. We took stroll to the Adams Morgan neighborhood, lots of good places to eat and very chill vibes The property is very clean and host is helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely recommend and return for my stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint place conveniently located in the heart of Adams Morgan. When we arrived we found the apartment to be exactly how it appeared in the photos. It was immaculately clean. The host Josh was gracious enough to welcome us with a package of sugar cookies and a bottle of Prosecco chilled in the refrigerator. And from booking until leaving Josh was amazing to deal with. He was responsive friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and just a short Uber ride to the heart of DC. Highly recommend.

Nice place but ... Rented twice, issues both times and now the owner has ghosted me

I have booked this place twice. The first time, when I check in, the cleaning crew had failed to show up after the previous renter. Contacted the owner. He was very apologetic, made sure I knew where the clean linens were and comped me the first night. I felt that was fair. Booked a second time some months later. It was very cold outside. The heater was on the brink and would not stay running. To the owners credit, he contacted me and acknowledged the problem and said he'd understand if I wanted to move to a nearby hotel, which is what I did. He also told me he'd comp the stay including the difference in my cost at the hotel. I felt that too was fair. I have since tried multiple times to contact the owner to settle the charges, both directly and through VRBO customer support, but he is not responding at all. I'm not sure what's going on but suffice it to say I have lost some faith in the process.

Neat neighborhood, nice apartment

The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for family of 3. Having a full bath for each bedroom was great. Host Josh was responsive to questions, and check-in and out were easy. The neighborhood has restaurants and grocery store in easy walking distance. Metro is about a 15 min walk (.7 mi).
