This home was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was close to downtown Buena Vista. The neighborhood was quiet. It has a beautiful back patio and front porch with a view of Mt. Princeton. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Although my friends and I were really looking forward to the fire pit, we couldn’t use it because of a fire ban from the county. Needless to say, the property was very clean, and felt like I got a great deal for what we booked. I would stay here again anytime.

We booked this for our wedding party to stay in for our wedding and it was perfect! The hosts were communicative and checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well. After we had left, they sent us a message to let us know they had found some of our items while cleaning the unit and offered to bring them to the post office so that we could have them mailed to us. Highly recommend!

Mountain Getaway

Great property with accurate photos and descriptions. Proactive communication with the hosts and convenient location. Beds were super comfortable!

Awesome family getaway

We had a great time staying at this property. They had toys for the kids to play with, a great back yard, and a quick drive to downtown. We hiked Missouri Mountain one of the days, and it was super close to the trailhead as well. Loved Buena Vista!

Yes, Stay Here!

This was one of the best places we've stayed at. Lots of room, well-stocked kitchen, clean, new. Buena Vista is a great town. Central to Ski Cooper and Monarch Mountain. Very responsive management to a few questions we had.

Perfect property for families!

We stayed here with two families and it was perfect for our group. The entire home and rooms were spacious with plenty of stocked kid supplies to make it so easy (toys, books, kitchen). Backyard had plenty of room for kids and adults. Highly recommend this property!

Pleased with the house, location, and accuracy of listing description. The host stayed in contact during the trip to ensure everything was going well. No complaints on the venue or process. Great Mountain views from backyard and front yard. Really enjoyed the front porch swing.

Great house

House is open ans nice setting. The house is a 5-10 min drive to town. Also a short drive to either of the hot springs. If you are looking at getting off your devices and TV this place is it. My only bad comment was there is only 1 tv in the house. House had books and some games but would be nice to have a TV in 1-2 bedrooms. Didn’t use the outside fire pit or the swing set but they looked in good condition and would have been a nice time cooking some s'more's under the clear night sky. The POCs were responsive and the neighbors were nice.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We strive to create a space in the mountains to get away from it all. With that said the house will continue to only have one TV to enjoy time in the mountains and with friends/family our guests travel with.

Nice house, good location, but there were some major flaws considering the price point

Pros: - Great location - a quick 5 min drive to downtown BV- Nice house overall - Spacious and good for larger groups Cons: - The pillows and mattresses are incredibly cheap and not comfortable. One of the mattresses was so bad it would cave in the middle with two people sleeping on it, our friends ended up bringing in their camping mattress to sleep on instead. - There are no comforters on any of the beds - just sheets and a random assortment of blankets and throws that have probably never been washed. - The decor is highly religious - might not bother some, but for a rental, I would tone it down and try to accommodate a broader audience - The yard is all dirt and while the playground is a nice touch, it felt like it was going to fall apart at any second so I wouldn't say it's super safe for older kids. Our 4 year old weighs 35 pounds and I was nervous having her on the swing. With fees, etc., we paid about 600/night and it didn't feel worth it, especially if a good night's rest is important to you.

Excellent home! Super clean, lots of room and beds were very comfortable! Just know, as most homes in this area, have no A/C so open windows in the evening and night to cool off the home. Landscaping is lacking and no garage access, but that’s not why we rented home. Garage in winter might be a probably. However, the home is practically brand new and its amenities is definitely a 10/10!! Definitely worth staying here!
