Relax with the whole family at this Bright & Sunny, Family-Friendly Crystal Coast Condo just across the street from the Beach and the Atlantic Ocean with a Large Pool and Sun Loungers directly outside of your condo.
Immaculate home that sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. An electric log fireplace for those cold days or nights during the winter. This condo also offers it’s own washer and dryer. A short walk to restaurants, ice cream, brewery, and the dollar general. You will not need anything except the ability to enjoy living on vacation!
We do *not* supply beach equipment, however there are multiple beach supply stores on the island! Kitty Hawk Kites and the Dollar General are both in walking distance and a great place to pick up beach supplies and/or sand toys for the kids
There are 4 units in the condo building, making it comfortable while avoiding noise and crowds. (4 additional units in the adjacent building for a total of just 8 units)
Guests will have full access to unit 1A, (which is the first building when you pull into the driveway), shared access of the pool (with other condo guests/owners), designated parking for 2 cars and overflow parking available to the left of the 1A parking spot or a the end of the driveway
Guests be a short walk from restaurants and the beach access (right across the street)!

Acerca del anfitrión
Anfitrión: Audrey Hum
As a Raleigh native we always came down to Emerald Isle/Atlantic Beach in the summers and I have the most wonderful memories from here. I love being able to share this special place with others so you can make memories of your own!
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
The condo is RIGHT across from the beach access and is close to everything you need for a fantastic week at the beach! Walk to Dollar General, get lunch at Beach Burgers, shop for souvenirs at Kitty Hawk Kites, or get an afternoon ice cream at Dairy Queen (all walking distance)!
Also 10 minutes from more shopping and dining in Atlantic Beach, mini-golf, Crystal Coast Country Club golf course, and more!
Also 10 minutes from more shopping and dining in Atlantic Beach, mini-golf, Crystal Coast Country Club golf course, and more!
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Being a small complex, you will not have the traffic and noise of larger condo buildings, but still with the amenities of a shared pool (only shared with the 7 other units!) and a public beach access directly across the street.
