Perfect place right in the middle of downtown Dallas near attractions great food. Parking is a plus. Easy to get in and out, clean, quiet and spacious. Made my daughters birthday week very special.

The rooftop pool is amazing the community is so welcoming. The pool didn’t close until 12:30 and when they came to let us know it had closed they were very sweet and calm.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent for exploring downtown and getting around on foot, which made it really convenient for everything we had planned. The space was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. Check-in was simple and the host provided clear instructions, which made arrival easy.Overall, this was a very good place to stay and worked perfectly for our trip. We would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

Overall the stay was great and the apartment was very nice. We had a little trouble with check in late at night and finding the correct parking lot, but once we got that worked out everything went smoothly. The location is great and close to a lot of restaurants. The apartment has a nice view of downtown. It was also spacious and well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom.

Perfect location for our night at the Majestic Theater! We had a great view from the living room. Everything was easy to get into and we had no issues. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area

The entire space was very clean, smelt amazing, and had gorgeous city views from the living room. The area was very spacious and also quiet. The TVs were a great size for the space. I absolutely loved this stay

The location of the property was beautiful. We loved the view. However, the sofa sleeper was sunk in the middle. The apartment was clean, except for the floors were sticky. Last the kitchen sink has very little pressure. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

I left an overall 4 star review. It could have been 5 but we had some issues with our stay which decreased our rating. My husband wanted to rate it 3 stars. That being said, we recognize how the host went above and beyond to help correct issues! The first happened with our host forgetting to give us the rest of the check in instructions before our check in time. This left us scrambling and stress driving around Dallas for 20 minutes, circling the apartment building not knowing how to get into the locations ie. garage and apartment. With that said, after sending several messages trying to get the information the host reached out and called to help! I am very happy he did that. I appreciate the contact to help correct his mistake. The second issue came about when we entered the apartment and discovered it hadn't been cleaned. The dirty bedding and towels were still in a bundle on the floor from the previous guests. Again-our host quickly went into action to help mediate the problem, calling his cleaning service and getting them to come quickly over to clean the apartment. It was two inconveniences that made our trip slightly frustrating but also I am grateful that the host wanted to correct the issues immediately and apologized. Being willing to correct issues and try to make the situation better in my book brings the rating back up! The apartment itself was comfortable and once it had been cleaned felt great. I loved the view of the city.

My stay was enjoyable. I had a perfect view very satisfying especially as the sun is setting. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed to cook food. I didn’t get to use or see the pool wasn’t sure how to assess it. It’s in the heart of downtown everything was around me I had no problem finding food, clubs, or dispensaries. Only thing there’s no balcony so if you want to smoke you have to go outside. Also the host is very responsive and explains everything great I understood the host perfectly. It was fun don’t take my word for it book it for yourself.

The apartment is lovely, quirt and very clean. It gas a beautiful night view of the city. The location is perfectly located for anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area and have close access to the many sights and activities available. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but I think this may have been due to my GPS sending me to the wrong block.
