A really nice place to stay for a larger group in Port Orford. The house is spacious with lots of areas for groups to hang out. Lots of ways to temperature control the house when on different floors. Great location for beach walks and surfing.

Beautiful home and views. The price is higher for the area so my expectations were high. I wish that all the windows were clear, I think a couple need replacement. Some staining on the carpet. Probably would be better to have hard floors and rugs.I really appreciated the amenities and decor!

Great spot

Beach is close (though a bit of a jaunt for the elderly and the littles). Stellar views of the ocean. Close to everything in little Port Orford. Very happy with our stay.

The view is stunning. Home is clean and as advertised. The restaurants in town are walkable. Worth the stop.

Great Stay!

Upon arrival in Port Orford, we quickly realized this house was exactly where we would want to be for our stay. The views of the port were spectacular and unobstructed. The house was clean and spacious, bedding was comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped - easily accommodating large family meals. For meals out, we enjoyed casual fare (burgers, prawn basket, etc.) at the Dive Grub Pub and elegant dinners (martinis, steak, cod, etc.) at Redfish. Both offered something for everyone, food & service were excellent, and were located less than a 10 minute walk from house. During the day, we visited family at nearby Humbug Mountain campgrounds. The hiking trails and beach access are worth a look. From booking to check-out, our host was quick to respond - much appreciated! Looking forward to staying at this property again!!

Disappointing & the management co interactions frustrating.  There is a musty, old smell.  Only some windows open, most are without screens, so bugs/flies or a smell.  Windows were incredibly filthy (inside & outside), appear frosted, at least 4, have broken seals & are permanently opaque. Refrigerator crisper drawers were filled with H2O &  deck screen door was ripped and flapping.   The management sent a fixer.  Unfortunately, the crispers refilled, albeit more slowly/were unusable & ice maker never made ice correctly, improvise if you want ice.  The screen was repaired, but sliding action was not, it will re-rip.  They also sent a window washer, complete disaster!  1st day arrived 8 pm, cleaned 3 windows, until 915, peering at us!  2nd day, no show, 3rd day, cleaned during our dinner.  "Finished" on 4th day, when? idk, but ladders gone.  Several windows never cleaned, idk if inside windows will ever be cleaned.  My husband got tired of looking through filth & cleaned the inside living room/dining area himself.  The garage renters park alongside home, directly under bedrooms.  You hear their truck drive in/out, doors, & conversations.  There are no beach chairs or towels, no coolers.  If you would like, however, as management informed me, "feel free to bring anything like that yourself".  Don't expect reynolds/saran wrap, etc,. The wifi is spotty, washer is finicky, easy to unbalance/will bang/walk.  Carpet risers dirty, & 1st floor has troubling unusual spots/strange wear.

Three generations gathered from California and Washington State to spend five lovely days in a mini reunion! The house fit all of our needs with three levels multiple large screen smart TVs and lots of comfy furniture. Great eating in the area and a few side trips to Bandon. Circles in the sand happened to be creating their displays while everyone was here. We, grandma and grandpa had seen that last year and we're thrilled to find out it was taking place while our kids were all coming from California to join us. Thank you for your lovely home and the view could not be better. It appears that you're working on detailing everything and we appreciate what has been done already. The kitchen was fully stocked. We brought our own larger coffee maker for which we were grateful. We brought our own baggies and plastic wrap which helped a lot. We grilled bratwurst and roasted pork loin and had way too much food. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home
