Recently renovated home with something for everyone. Especially if you love fishing, the water or wanna bring your canine family too. Fun and eclectic lake house located in a beautiful, large cove. Birds, turtles, and fish all around. Even the occasional beaver or bald eagle. Big dock with power and water. Huge covered back porch with 2 seating areas overlooking the lake. Two master suites with full bath each. The basement is where it gets exciting. Game table, foosball table, a dart board, and a really cool place to hang out after a day on the water.
Feel free to bring your own kayaks, paddle boards and canoes or use one of the 3 paddle boards and 2 kayaks provided. Please contact owner in advance if you are interested in bringing your own boat. Alabama power lake. Water levels decrease October through March 90min. drive from B’ham, N. ATL and Chattanooga.
Some great local attractions that include: Little River Falls, Desota Falls and State Park, Duke’s Alley Bowling and Easy Street live music, all within a 15-30 minute drive. Also several local food options.
Dog amenities: huge fenced in front yard, doggy swim platform on dock, water bowls, large beds plus metal and soft side crates available.

Place was really nice! Spacious rooms! Dog friendly! There are a lot of steps to the lake but good fishing and shaded docks! Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Its a great location on the lake and our dogs love being able to swim and the big fenced in yard. Would highly recommend.

We had so much fun. Loved that we were able to take all our dogs for a weekend getaway. The accommodations included them so well. Will definitely be back again

It was clean, the host responded very quickly to any questions, it is very very pet friendly, if your pet is older there is a lot of steps down to the water, there was everything needed for a pet only need was food and treats, kitchen small but very functional everything was organized, and easy to locate. We would definitely stay again,.

The property was stunning , the lake was beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing peaceful getaway.The host was great , when I messaged the host I would get a reply with 20 minutes or less. The extras at this property was excellent , paddle boards, kayaks fishing , games and more are sure to keep you busy . I will definitely be back .

We genuinely enjoyed staying here. Everything is clean, easy to access, and well maintained. The best part was how dog friendly it was. It’s rare for such a nice place to allow dogs and I’m grateful I could bring mine. I’d stay here again, anytime!

Beautiful stay

This home was very clean, spacious, nice decor, comfy beds, cool basement, and the lake is beautiful! Enjoyed our trip so much and where we stayed had a lot to do with it. Thank you to our renter…will be back.

Lake house was the perfect getaway for the holiday. Had everything we needed. House was clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. We spent most of our time on the spacious porch out back and fishing our hearts out. Owners responded quickly to any questions I had. We will be back to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice property, just steps to the dock and lake. Very pet friendly. Everything we needed was available. Short drive to Desoto Falls and Park.
