Inside, the home offers a comfortable and thoughtful layout. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom, while the additional bedrooms include one with a full bed and another with a twin. A bonus room provides extra flexibility with a convertible futon and a TV, making it an ideal spot for relaxing or accommodating additional guests.

The living area is warm and inviting, furnished with two cozy couches, additional seating, and a TV. It is an excellent space to unwind after a day of exploring or simply enjoying the quiet winter landscape. The fully stocked kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare meals, along with a dining area that comfortably seats six.

Step outside onto the front porch and take in the serene view of the hillside and wooded area, where deer and wild turkeys frequently wander through. A fire pit area adds an extra touch of charm, offering a perfect setting for crisp winter evenings spent outdoors.

*Camera On Property*
An exterior security camera is installed on the telephone pole at the bottom of the driveway. It is directed toward the private road and entrance to the area, as well as the covered shelter where farm equipment is stored.

*Long-Term Stays*
Pets are not permitted for stays longer than 14 days. An additional cleaning fee applies to extended stays, as a deeper cleaning is required after departure.
