Occupancy is strictly limited to 10 persons including children.
Strawberry Park condos feature true ski-in/ski-out luxury accommodations. Located directly on the slopes, next to a high speed express chairlift. There is an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam, sauna, and an exercise room on site. All located just steps to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $295 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, five bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has a king, third room has two full size beds, the fourth has two sets of full bunks (4 beds). Also equipped with a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. There is an assigned ski locker on the ski access level, free wifi, great views of slopes and Village.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
