This cute cottage is located near a wonderful little market and has a Dollar General right down the road. It was clean and inviting with plenty of space for our small group.

Nice home and very clean

We were visiting family nearby and this was our home base. It was very well maintained and the farm is beautiful.

Beautiful property

This home is comfortable and inviting. The country store right next door is super cute. The property is well maintained and decorated with country charm. We loved the rocking chairs by the front door and the super yummy strawberry rolls that were left as a welcome surprise! We will definitely stay here again.

Quaint and welcoming

Wonderful place abt. 45 min from shore and 45 minutes from where we were attending the Fort Mimms reenactment. We were greated with some nice muscadine juice and some homemade strawberry rolls from the gift shop. Only complaint is the beds were a little hard.

This place was very nice. Some grape juice and baked goods were left for us on the kitchen table upon entrance. That was so sweet and nice. Juice was good. The house was clean, well lit, spacious, and just all around great! I highly recommend this cottage ❣️❣️Entrance and communication was easy‼️

Excellent communication with host, she was a very understanding host. Very very clean cottage. Very beautiful property. She even left us a delicious cinnamon roll dish. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be going back.

Our one- night stay was perfect! Cozy, quiet, and restful. I highly recommend this home for anyone passing through. The kitchen had everything needed to make a simple meal, the grounds were so welcoming, and I can't imagine a more spotless home. Absolutely perfect for 3 generations of travelers and all the details were so well thought out! Plenty of coffee, a lovely bottle of juice and snack upon arrival. Everywhere we turned there were little touches showing the hostess had clearly put effort into making this cottage an easy stay for her guests.

Genesee was an amazing host. If we needed anything she was available for us and quick to respond to any of our needs. Thank you for hosting such a beautiful space at The Cottage. It was perfect and exactly what we needed for our family's Thanksgiving gathering. All of our cups and hearts were refilled. We will most definitely be back again! May the rest of your holiday season be blessed. Merry Christmas, from our family to yours!

Farm Life

The property is beautiful! Waking up to the big windows overlooking the trees and the farm across the street was everything you could imagine country living to be. The cinnamon rolls and muscadine juice were a thoughtful and delicious touch. Steve’s farm market, just steps away, was such a convenient treat. We picked up all kinds of goodies. My favorites were the ice cream and boiled peanuts. We can’t wait to stay again!
