Welcome to this classic A-Frame beach retreat!

This home is all about location and setting. Just a short, pleasant walk takes you to beautiful Nedonna Beach — one of the quietest stretches of sand on the Oregon Coast.

Available around the clock, every day of the week, through our dedicated telephone service.

🌊 The Cottage at Nedonna Beach is just three blocks from the ocean, two blocks from a kid-friendly lake with life vests, and about a mile from downtown Rockaway Beach.

🚂 Explore the local charm — ride the Tillamook Scenic Train (dog-friendly!), try the original Pronto Pup, sample saltwater taffy, or browse quirky shops and restaurants.

🏖 With seven miles of sandy beach and plenty of access points, you can enjoy kite flying, clamming, fishing, crabbing, whale watching, or simply relaxing by the waves.

Perfect for families, friends, and furry companions alike!

Inside, the house is simple and comfortable, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The wood-burning fireplace makes the living room a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms. One bedroom opens to a small balcony, and the second bedroom looks out over the yard.
Layout note: Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the home’s only bathroom is downstairs on the main level, near the living room.

Please note: This is a simple coastal cabin, not a luxury home. If you’re looking for a comfortable place near the beach with a big yard and great location, it’s a great base for an Oregon Coast trip.

🚗 A car is essential. Grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions are nearby, but you’ll need to drive to reach them. If flying in, we recommend Portland International Airport (PDX), about a 2-hour drive from the Oregon Coast.

We love Nedonna Beach and this was a perfect spot for our family of 3 -- perfect sized house, perfect location, kitchen had what we needed, and it was so nice to have on site laundry! Jordan was exceptionally helpful and responsive -- 10/10 would stay in this property or any of their other properties in the future!

Very nice comfy home. The neighborhood was very chill and quiet. Short walk to a very quiet beach. It was perfect for me since I have anxiety. We would love to stay here again in the future. The only issue we had was the pullout sofa bed had dirty sheets but we used the washer onsite to clean this before using. Everything else was wonderful! Thank you

Cute place! Nice beach, so convenient to walk to. Perfect size for us and our two kids. Very comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the area.

Everything was very good, comfortable clean, need to update the television. It would not connect to WI, fi, but it was a good stay.

Our stay at the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay for 10 days. It was quiet and clean and the neighbors were friendly. We would stay again. No problem, we would hope the television would be updated. It would not connect to the internet to other than that, we had a great stay..

A Sweet Retreat

This was a sweet little cottage, warm and cozy and very, very clean. Two short blocks to a beach access. And the beach is wonderful…wide and goes on forever. We maybe encountered four or five people each time we went. We slept with the window open and could hear the ocean sounds all night. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen looked like it had just gotten a remodel with all new appliances. Very nice.

Dissapointed

We had no internet the first two days we were there although the property manager resolved it. The stairs were very steep, not user friendly. The bathroom was downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. Very inconvenient. One bedroom at the top of the stairs was open layout, no door for privacy. The shower did not work without instructions which there was none. The yard had cigarette butts on the ground from previous users. I was asked to haul away "recycle". There were open holes to the crawlspace outside, I had to constantly monitor my pets as the holes were big enough for them to crawl into.We did not enjoy out stay. We left a day early because of it!
