Recently renovated apartment in an unbeatable location, right in the heart of Playa de las Americas. Just a 5-minute walk to the island's most beautiful beaches, this apartment offers convenient access to all kinds of services. Within the area, you'll find a supermarket (Dialprix, 2 minutes away), a shopping center (Siam Mall, 5 minutes away), as well as numerous bars, restaurants, and shops.
This lovely apartment is ideal for families, couples, and business trips. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has a nice bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an open-concept living room that integrates with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday. All this in a very quiet environment, with all the comforts so you can enjoy your stay without worries.
The living room has a 55" Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and access to the sunny terrace of the flat, where you can have a meal and relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the place.
The community offers a very nice swimming pool. By the pool, you will find sun beds and umbrellas, which can be used for free.
The condominium has free parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles, which is an excellent added value, and very few properties have this amenity in the area. It also has a concierge service, double-height lobby, CCTV system and access control.
The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator and easy access from the street without using stairs.
