Just 75 feet away from the famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and Beach. 3 Outdoor decks, including a rooftop deck that offers a 360 degree views of Rehoboth Beach, DE. First floor features Double Living room with 3 sofas and additional chairs, Large flat screen TV, Double Dining room that seats up to 20, and full kitchen, the open floor plan offers a great place for everyone to spend time together. Access to front patio, a great place relax and enjoy your morning coffee, you'll be the envy of everyone. No need to rush here, the Beach is just steps away. The ground floor also features a Slate patio with built in gas grill and hot tub added in 2011. Guests can't wait to return year after year as this property in constantly upgraded for the ultimate Rehoboth Beach vacation.

Perfect house for our girls weekend! Perfect location and amenities to please everyone. Plenty of bathrooms and dining space to accommodate a party of 12. David is always quick to respond as well.

The location of this house was great for our big group and young kids that needed frequent trips to and from the beach (or Funland!). The outdoor patios are delightful and the indoor living space was great for a large group. Bathrooms were big and nice as well. There was an extra full size fridge on the main floor that we were not expecting so that was a nice surprise for a large group! Comments for families with small kids: there are two areas with one step up in the main kitchen/living area and lots of glass corner tops, so if you have a new walker/crawler be prepared for that :) additionally - main floor primary suite had plenty of room for a pack & play next to the day bed, and the upstairs primary suite was very large and would have had plenty of room as well.

Beautiful beach property!
Our stay was fabulous. The house was very clean. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. House was easily accessible and close to so many things. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location!
Stayed with a group of friends, and we like to park the cars and walk to beach, restaurants, and shops and this was perfect. Beautiful ocean view, multiple indoor and outdoor hang out areas - really wonderful.

EARLY SPRING TRIP
This property is exactly what we were looking for. Almost right on the boardwalk and beach, close to town, and very comfortable for our group. We would like to stay there again!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. The house was in good condition. We all enjoyed the hot tub. We liked having the extra refrigerator. The only downside was that the kitchen was small but overall had a great stay.

Fantastic location, gorgeous home
We have rented this property multiple times and it never fails to impress. The location can’t be beat but the home itself was perfect for our winter beach vacation. We played games, used the wood burning fireplace, spent hours in the hot tub and walked to shopping and restaurants.

We had a great stay at the house! Lots of space and flexibility. Wonderful views of the ocean. Equipped with everything you need. Steps from the beach. A few minutes walk to the center of town. We didn’t have to get in a car all weekend!

Beautiful Stay and Location
We had a wonderful time and the house was absolutely perfect for us.
The house was just as described, clean and so spacious. The convenience to the boardwalk was so convenient to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. We hope we can come back again!
