This was our third time staying at Emerald Estate and the house had all that we needed for a great vacation. Clara was very helpful and responded to inquiries quickly.

If you are considering this house - do not hesitate, book it now. It is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. Brand new washer and dryer - spacious fridge/freezer- dishwasher- Keurig- upstairs bedrooms have smart TV’s as well as the living room. WiFi that is reliable and strong- just to name a few! Clara our host had fantastic communication! A short distance down the road at the end of the peninsula is a remote sandy beach that we had all to ourselves the majority of our stay. We rented a jeep and went to middle Caicos a few times! We found beautiful shells right out the backdoor just a few steps in the water. Sunrise and sunsets were stunning from the upstairs balcony.

Remote stay in Paradise

Remote location, beautiful views, and stocked with all the comforts of home. Kayaks were perfect for exploring the area. Everything needed to enjoy the beach were provided too. Sunrises were gorgeous from the top balcony.

Hidden Gem for Peace and Quiet

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation home! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect getaway spot, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

my boyfriend and i had the most wonderful stay at magical emerald estate! what a hidden gem on gorgeous north caicos - off the beaten path, nothing but the sound of the waves right off the back yard. the beach was welcoming for walking a short distance in either direction to a sandy area, perfect for reading and sunbathing and venturing into the water, on a calm day. the creek on the other side is perfect for kayaking and the location couldn’t be beat - near to pelican beach hotel for coffee, smoothies and food (and a long white sandy beach), as well as a short drive to middle caicos for some of the most incredible views. also convenient for grocery shopping, to nest in clara’s home and cook in her impeccably well stocked kitchen. the home is well appointed and clara goes out of her way to help with anything you could need. it was just what we were dreaming of and we hope to return one day!

Relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to North Caicos. The beaches were absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed how quiet they were. Clara was a fabulous host and took good care of us. We played a lot of cards and games and enjoyed sitting upstairs on the veranda.

Quiet and peaceful paradise spot

Our family enjoyed this special place! The house was fabulous and clean, and the location perfectly private. Alpheus was the greatest host, going out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We only wish we could have extended our stay!

Incredible Secluded Oasis

We just returned from a week long stay at the Emerald Estate! We loved the home! Very clean, well equipped and beautifully secluded! We had a magnificent time and we will certainly return to this beautiful spot! Pat & Lari

Nature’s Paradise

An absolutely beautiful home in a stunning location. If you want to get off the grid and completely relax, this is the place. Bonefishing was great as well. We loved it! Clara was an amazing host.

Great location

We were looking for a place that was secluded. We walked a few feet down and had our own private beach Clara was very responsive, she always replied back within 30 min The house was clean, views from top balcony were amazing to sit and drink coffee. Family of 6, had plenty of room for everyone There were kayaks on the property which were great I would definitely stay again

We loved the home, got used to the road leading up to it (over 2 miles) the beaches close to the house were magnificent. Clara, or host checked up on us during the week. We would go back, absolutely!!!

Fabulous and Secluded

Had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and well appointed. Loved the secluded location. The host was very gracious. The organization of taxi from the airport to the dock (Spring's), the car rental (Al's), and the check in and out (Alpheus) was seamless. Highly recommended.

Great location

If you like a place that is beautiful and far from people, this is a perfect spot. Access to the ocean and the mouth of bottle creek. The only thing better, would be a direct path from the house to the lagoon so you wouldn't have to transport the kayaks by car. Rocky shore but in a half mile of walking there are endless white sand beaches.
