It was a great property & building; better than excellent security; building secured inside and outside the property. A great view from the apartment terrace of the ocean and mountains. Short walki to V&A waterfront,shopping and other activities, trendy. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment on a safe street about 1 km walk to the waterfront. Parking included and a grocery store within 1 block to buy breakfast supplies and snacks. There are good restaurants within 2-3 blocks.

The apartment was so perfect in terms of location, quality, facilities and service that we will 100% check it's availability for any future Cape Town Stays. Both the owner and Management Companny representatives were excellent communicators and went above and beyond expectations.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Lots of restaurants very close by and Spar grocery store less than one block away

Great Location walking distant to most everything

We stayed here for 6 nights in December on the last leg of our African trip. The location was fantastic; easy walking distance to the water front and to the downtown area. There are many very good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too. The building is very safe with a secure parking spot for the car rental. When we arrived, our representative met us at the apartment and went through everything we needed to know about the apartment and the location we were at. She was very friendly and thorough. The apartment was very clean and well equipped; has everything you need, along with a view of the harbour. Love the mirror on the deck. The best part was Jenny; she made every effort to make sure our visit was enjoyable...and it was awesome! Thank you Jenny!

A lovely apartment perfect for exploring Cape Town

A comforable spacious apartment located within an easy walking distance to The Waterfront and the city centre. Lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby, the Cape Quarter shopping mall is just a cross the road from the apartments with a handy Spar and coffe shops! We picked up a car on arrival at the airport and met a representative at the apartment who showed us to the secure parking place then round the apartment. They were very pleasant and helpful. The area felt safe to explore during the day and taxis no problem at night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will hopefully return.

Great place in a fab location!

We stayed here for 4 nights in August. We really loved the neighborhood and felt like we were so lucky to have found it! It is a relatively small place but it has everything you need- kitchen, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a balcony to look out over Cape Town. We felt 100% safe, and centrally located. The Turkish restaurant across the street (Anatoli) was delicious and a great bargain!

Perfectly located apartment in Central Cape Town

The apartment was everything I could have wanted with all modern amenities, but the stand out feature is Jenny the owner who was on hand for advice and guidance to ensure your stay is wonderful. The location is fantastic with great restaurants within walking distance, and minutes from down town, the Water Front and Sea Point. I without question would stay here again when next in Cape Town, and for anyone wishing for a central, good value apartment with all amenities, this is a great choice Ian
