You will have the main house all to yourself.

There is a 2BR studio unit beside which is not part of this rental. It is separate from the main house with its own entrance offering guests tranquility and peace of mind in a completely safe environment throughout their stay.

The shared laundry room is accessible via the garage, with no entry to the property ensuring privacy for all guests.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

Property is as described. Hosts kept in contact. Our only issue was the people in the other unit blasting music early Sunday morning. Very clean.

I had a snag with check-in, but that was not because of the host. The link just didn't work. They were very helpful and responsive in getting me checked in successfully.Everything was just as described. There's some minor wear and tear but every house has something. One of the rooms does have drawers under the bed. But the other two don't have anywhere to unpack clothes like shorts and underwear. There's a limited number of hangers as well. I recommend a small dresser in the closet, but it's nothing that I would doc a star for. Well, there's not much of a front yard. You can still sit out there and have a very nice view. With four of us on vacation staying there for a week was much cheaper than a hotel. It was within a reasonable driving time to everything we were going to be doing. It worked out perfect. I definitely recommend.

It was a good stay there wasn’t a backyard or access to it and the customer service took a while to answer but the house was very clean and nice.

Overall we enjoyed our stay despite a hiccup that marred our stay. One of the reasons we picked this house that is somewhat outside the near vicinity of Disneyland and Universal studios area was to get space with the 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms for a reasonable price. This way everyone would sleep comfortable in a bed and not a hotel sofa bed and the 5 of us wouldn’t be scrambling to shower in one hotel bathroom every morning. So a longer drive seemed reasonable for this trade off.Only problem with this is that one of the showers had no hot water and it took 3 days or half our stay to get it fixed. The staff was very responsive to the issue by messages but that only goes so far.Otherwise, the neighborhood is very quiet and has some nice scenery. The house had dishes, washer/dryer, etc. to help the stay more comfortable.One other thing. There is an attached studio that is also rented and the noise is on par with having a hotel room next to you. Pretty easy to hear conversations and noise. Luckily it didn’t become much of an issue. Also the house has a what I would call a minor bug problem. Some cockroaches and spiders.

I didn't love this house. There are no windows in the living room and kitchen so it felt like we were in a cave. The AC vents didn't work very well in one of the bedrooms so it was very stuffy.

Check in process

You have to buy the damage wavier in order to check in completely. I ordered damage wavier from another carrier and I’m in the process of getting it back on my credit card but I didn’t know that you had to buy the damage wavier in order to completely check in!

Run away fast

We originally booked this property for over 60 days and left after 3 days it was that bad. I booked this property on what was the listing information that we would have a private backyard. This was very far from the truth. In reality we had NO access to the back yard. Even with asking them for access they provided a code that didn’t work as the back house was rented and this was part of their booking. The listing has since been changed. Not a safe place to stay the floor in one spot is ready to cave in, big gaps in the rest of the floorboards, no working smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Both bathrooms shower heads were broken. I could go on. Had to fight for some of my owed deposit back, and am seeking legal to recover the balance. Check the reviews on all their properties most have terrible reviews. Marbella Lane just cares to take your money and hopes you will suffer in silence. I will say the one decent thing in this house that seemed to work was the kitchen

The place was good for our little vacation to California. The home was comfortable and provided what we needed for our stay. It was a simple process checking in and checking out with the host.

The property was great for my family we had a comfortable stay and no problems from the neighbors. Only the street was being paved as we were leaving.

The overall house and rooms were clean and tidy, and the area the house was located was quiet and pleasant. We had little to no issues throughout the stay and the hosts were pretty friendly when communicating. However, it was unclear there would be a second unit just behind ours in the backyard, which was no issue but the garage door leading to the house (with shared washer/dryer units) has no lock, so there was no sense of security with that. We also found many big cockroaches and other bugs throughout the house, and when we communicated that with the house it was unclear if an actual pest control team came by since we saw many more after the fact. We were offered, not even the price of one days stay, when wanting to check out 2 days early because of the roaches. It wasn’t a bad place but there were so many bugs we had to throw all of our things in the washer.
