The Space:
This bright, pet-friendly 1-bedroom apartment offers 450 sq. ft of thoughtfully designed living space and sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the living room sofa bed provides extra sleeping space, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge/freezer, oven with stovetop, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space—perfect for preparing meals or snacks. A small dining table for two makes casual breakfasts or evening dinners a breeze.
Relax and unwind with a 55” Smart TV, stream your favorites with high-speed Wi-Fi, or catch up on work from home with the dining table doubling as a workspace.
You’ll have exclusive access to the apartment, located on the ground floor at the back of the building, offering both privacy and convenience. Enjoy the comfort, connectivity, and central location for a hassle-free Hamilton stay.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in the heart of the James North neighbourhood, one of the BEST and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants with patios within walking distance.
Only minutes away are attractions such as: The Art Gallery of Hamilton, the beautiful and historic Dundurn Castle, Chedoke Falls, Chedoke Civic Golf Course and the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.
Our home is in the heart of downtown Hamilton, a YMCA with a gym and swimming pool, St. Joseph’s hospital and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.
Getting Around:
Our apartment is just metres from the Hunter Street GO, with morning service every 20 minutes express to Union Station (downtown Toronto) and back, every 23 minutes to Square One and Toronto International Airport. Evening return service available as well. Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment. There is also easy access to the highways and downtown core.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
•The apartment is equipped with centralized heating and a portable air conditioner for cooling. A ceiling fan is also available for additional comfort.
• For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.

Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared."
There is ongoing construction activity in the vicinity of our property during the daytime, which may result in some noise disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that we are taking measures to minimize the impact on your stay.

2. We're happy to deliver:
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee)
•Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.
• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of CAD 15.00 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.
