Located in Seneca Falls near Cayuga Lake, this three-bedroom Finger Lakes home offers a comfortable base for families, wine-country travelers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Cayuga Lake State Park, the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, and historic downtown Seneca Falls are all within easy reach.



The home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a sunlit dining room, comfortable living area with a fireplace, and Smart TVs in every bedroom. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, one full bed, and two twin beds.



Outside, relax in the four-person hot tub or gather around the outdoor fireplace in one of five Adirondack chairs. The garage provides an additional gathering space with seating and a dining table for meals or game nights.

The hot tub was perfect end to each of our days! We really enjoyed how inviting the place was and all ready for our arrival. Very nicely decorated and great location! Would recommend this place to other to stay!

It is a very nice home on a quiet street. Had a pretty view of the lake. The hot tub was nice and the house was close to parks.

Location was wonderful at a dead end street. Very quiet community. Host communication was smooth and easy. Beds are furniture were very comfortable. Hot tub was very clean and fully functioning. Overall wonderful stay.

We had a great stay. The property was exactly what you see in the photos. It was very close to the lake front and short 4-5 min. drive to the nearest public boat launch. We had a great time fishing in Cayuga Lake from our kayaks. The driveway had plenty of room to accommodate our SUV and kayak trailer.The property is a short drive to downtown Seneca Falls and is a great place from which to explore the Finger Lakes region.The owner/property management was very responsive.We would definitely stay again.

The House was perfect for my group of friends. It is within walking distance of the College and Cayuga State Park. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Cayuga Lake.

check in was smooth. Kitchen facilities were great except I would have loved a smoothie maker/blender and possibly decaf coffee. Nice you gave us any coffee actually.

We enjoyed our three nights stay here for girls weekend. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed this area. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a last-minute plan change and customer service was very helpful to add a night at the last minute.Our only concern was there are no blinds in the bedrooms, and the curtains are quite sheer but we were able to work around it with some extra blankets.

Spacious for the family

Spacious home with room for the entire family. We enjoyed the hot tub, however the barefoot walk across the rocks to get to and from the hot tub wasn't. The house has a lot of space to offer inside and out. With that said, this is a management company listing which doesn't offer the same feel as a personal host. Although the rental served it's purpose, we would probably seek out a different as we prefer personal rentals vs the property manager style hosts.
