Recently renovated cottage with three bedrooms located on the tip of Pine Island. Go boating in Charlotte Harbor with quick access to the Gulf of America. The dock will fit up to a 26-28 foot boat and is a great jump off for kayaks. A boat ramp is located around the corner and you can park your trailer at the Cottage. Electrical and water are available at the dock as well as a fish cleaning table. When not boating or fishing lounge around the Lanai or pool. This is a fisherman's paradise with quick access to Boca Grande Pass tarpon capital of the world!

Wonderfully renovated and decorated one-story house on the canal in Bokellia. Love the flamingo theme.Clean, comfortable, and convenient setup for boating.

The quintessential coastal cottage. Tropical themed decorations throughout the house with lush tropical landscaping around the small but very nice pool and sizable screened porch made the house perfect for enjoying outside. The dock accommodated a 22ft boat easily and there was enough parking in front of the house for two vehicles and a large boat trailer. We really enjoyed our stay and we’d definitely book here again.

Our stay was all anybody could ask for. Home was very clean and well stocks kitchen needs.Private pool is very nice and fishing off the pier was really good. Great communication with Hosts.

Amazing place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Its location is fantastic and the house is so adorable. We can’t wait to come back for another fishing trip and would definitely stay here again. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the house exceeded our expectations!

Perfect spot

Our stay was amazing! This 3/2 with a pool, boat dock, and filet station was the perfect getaway! The kitchen had all the items we needed with a few extra goodies! Hosts were wonderful!

Flamingo cove was a beautiful home, gardens, pool and easy out of the door access to dock. Close to good fishing for most types of fishing, Publix grocery store not too far away. Beautiful screened lanai for eating, playing games and going down memory lane. Loved our stay!
