This place was amazing! So charming and located in such a beautiful setting. The amenities and attention to details throughout the house were incredible. The hosts are super thoughtful, they left us fresh tomatoes, and basil from their garden. We have a wonderful time and we will definitely be coming back!

What a wonderful place to relax. The home is well equipped, very clean and peaceful. Very close to town but you feel like you are far away. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was great very organized and super clean. The host was very nice and was available if we needed him. I definitely recommend replace and we will be staying there again for sure. Definitely five stars.

The hostess is very communicative. The home is more beautiful in person. You could tell this is a well-cared for home with lot a lot of pride and love. You would need good gripping water shoes to venture into the river it is very fast running and not really one to go swimming in. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need. I do wish there were written instructions on how to use the airfly with the TV. I highly recommend this home.

this is my second time staying at this house. I absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful mid-century modern home with a lot of neat touches. The view and access to the river is unsurpassed. It’s so pleasant sitting either on the deck and looking out at the river or going right down to the rivers edge with the lawn chairs and enjoying the rushing river. The hosts are very accommodating and very responsive. They live down the street so they are able to handle anything that might come up. There is nothing negative. I can say about this house but a lot positive. It’s just a pleasant place to stay lots of windows and light and fits in a good location with lots of wildlife.

5 star in all categories. Host Lashaun is amazing. She promptly responded to our inquiries. Excellent attention to details. The property was absolutely beautiful, serene and private. There is a river behind the house, deer roaming the grounds. I would definitely stay here again. This was the perfect Valentines weekend.

Wonderful house. The host was very communicative and in touch and helpful with everything. The property is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the fact that it is right flowing ravine and it’s such a peaceful place to sit out. The fact that it was dog friendly made it a no-brainer The house is well-appointed and a lot of the touches have been thought of that some rentals don’t considerThe fridge was stocked with a bottle of wine and bottles of water and the freezer had a bag of ice. It was just perfect all the way around. Will definitely be back.

Extraordinary setting, nestled in nature. House design is unique and beautifully furnished, which matched the delightful mid-century aesthetic. So many places to sit and to enjoy the ambience of every corner of the property. Our host, Eric, came right away when we had questions. So friendly and efficient, eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And we spent our time in the lap of luxury. Thank you, Eric and Lashaun. We would love to visit again.

The whole experience at this location is % amazing. We loved our stay! Lashaun was welcoming from the very beginning & made sure we felt welcomed. The house is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and so many places to sit and enjoy the views. The river behind the house was a true bonus. Lashaun had everything well organized and checked in with me to make sure we were happy. We were able to see lots of birds, deers, and barn cats. We will definitely be back when we need another relaxing getaway from city life.

Great Getaway!

We were in town for a wedding and had a GREAT experience at the property. Everything was exactly as described. Even better, as it was a wedding, we realized we needed an iron, hair dryer and such and yet found everything in the house... including coffee which I overlooked in our planning. Plus the river is so relaxing. It's been years since I've been able to sit by a river and read. It was awesome. Highly recommend.

This home is amazing, with no shortage of things to do. The house and property is beautiful. Having a running river encasing the backyard makes this place stand out. Even without the water to listen to and enjoy, the house is perfect and extremely well kept. There wasn't a single time that we thought, "we need this or that". This place has it all. View is incredible and the owners are very accommodating. We didn't even get to explore everything they had to offer, so we can't wait to stay here again for another occasion or just a getaway. Thank you so much for accepting us into this home. Until next time.

We have lived in the area for over 23 years and we enjoy sharing this very special and unique property with guests. We're located close to town and we're on the wine/ale trail. Hiking, biking, skiing, and exploring the area are all close by. We're happy to help with suggestions or you can unwind, relax, and enjoy nature.

We never thought we'd find a house on a beautiful little river that's 5 minutes to town and the freeway. The location is convenient to everything yet it feels private and secluded.

You will not find another MCM home on the water, close to Old Town, Downtown, restaurants, shopping, wedding venues, outdoor sports/activities, that's also secluded and private. You can see and hear the river from every room.
