The house was perfect! Absolutely adorable, came with everything we needed, and was super clean. It was beautifully decorated and we loved the screened in porch. Walking distance to everything as well. We loved the house and Holly Springs. Would definitely book again.

We were very happy with our stay! The location was very convenient to downtown Holly Springs. Everything was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved that linens were included! Great property!!

Really nice home for our family stay

This property was perfect for our family to stay in for Thanksgiving. It was clean, new and spacious. We will certainly rent it again when we come back!

Staying to visit family in Raleigh area

Very clean, open, home with all the essentials for a 5 day stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a large park within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The home was exactly as described--very clean & very convenient to our local family's home. We were there for a high school graduation, and I would definitely plan to stay here for other upcoming family events. Hosts were extremely communicative which I appreciated.

Wedding Weekend

We were delighted to find such a clean, cute little home to use as we attended a family wedding nearby. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us and gave us a quiet neighborhood setting instead of staying in a standard hotel. The decor was super-cute, up-to-date, and impeccably clean!

Our stay was very quiet and comfortable. The location is very close to restaurants. We had an issue with the WiFi; however, the host was extremely quick to get back with me, and get the issue resolved. I could not ask for better communication. We will definitely stay again.

Modern Charm in Holly Springs

We stayed at Modern Charm in Holly Springs location for our son’s wedding with friends who traveled from FL. The home was in a great location. Less than 3 miles from the venue, restaurants, shopping, grocery, convenience & gas. Super quiet neighborhood (we even had woodpeckers show up one morning and a few deer). The home was clean, modern, and comfortable. Perfect for the 5 of us! We were able to have the fire pit outside during a few cold nights and roasted s’mores. The gate surrounding the backyard provided privacy. Michelle, our host, was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would recommend this location!
