House was both large and cozy. Backyard area is a perfect hang out spot. Bedrooms remind me of my childhood bedrooms and have plenty of beds and sleeping space for folks. Neighborhood was centrally located to anything we needed

Absolutely amazing house. We were in town for our annual football trip. We visit a different stadium every year and this year was the Texans. This house accommodated us perfectly. Lots of room and everything we needed from kitchen supplies to towels. The pool and hot tub were awesome helping these Canadians soak up every bit of sun we could. I definitely recommend 100% this rental.

This was a perfect setup for the team that stayed as we had a project close by. Close to the airport, pool was nice, and Lystra the host was awesome!

Great host and the house and pool were amazing. Had hot weather and the ac worked flawlessly. The pool really made it enjoyable to be outside. Nice and close to stores and San Jacinto college.

Our family had an excellent stay. It was the perfect point between the down town district and the beach. Beautiful pool and hot tub, awesome kitchen. The only negative was the grass needed cutting and the neighbors( renters) had a large party where several police officers were called. Being in a cul-de-sac, it was worrisome if an emergency vehicle needed to access the home, however, this was of no fault to the homeowners. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place to stay on a family vacation

This house is very clean and has everything you need for a great vacation in Houston. We loved it and definitely rent again.

The only thing is the Jacuzzi would not get cold but it was to beautiful not to like it and it rained so we had to change our plans and go out but the inside house and the outside house was gorgeous.

Pool fun

We had a family gathering and enjoyed our time together inside and at the pool! Plenty of beds to accommodate the four couples and several singles.

Love this place!

This was our third time staying here and we still love this place! It’s a perfect little getaway for the whole family and very accommodating. We had so many plans and we only left the house twice because the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you, Marlene, for being so wonderful!

Family Visit Houston Rodeo

My family and I arrived in Houston to meet other family members to hangout and check out the Houston rodeo. The house Is AMAZING. The outdoor area is nicer than many resorts with the jacuzzi and pool area in excellent condition. There was so much space, we never felt cluttered. There was plenty seating for everyone when all the family came by to hangout. We had a really great time!!

Great retreat!

My only two complaints, downstairs bathroom shower needs a mat, marble floor is slippery and the yard needed to be cut and maintained. Other than that great property, we've stayed there before

My only complain was, the front door was left wide open upon your check-out, after giving specific instructions to, please lock the front door upon check-out, this was very dangerous, its a good thing the house is located in a safe neighborhood, but still you have to be very careful.

Beautiful home

We loved this stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything (Walmart, Dave’s hot chicken, Canes, Whatta Burger etc. The pool and hot tub were really nice after being out in the heat all day. All the kitchen supplies you need are available. Mrs. Marlene was super nice, it felt like talking with family. I wanted an early check in and she was accommodating, she even waited when we were delayed due to the weather.

Outstanding! Make sure you read the Overview!

This was a very beautiful property. I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. There is a lot of backyard space and the inside is well kept. Be sure to read the overview because I wasn't aware of some rules of the home before I booked. Everything else was good.

Great House

Lovely property with plenty of room. Outside pool and spa are fantastic with plenty of outside chairs and tables and umbrellas. Inside every window has a beautiful view. We actually felt so comfortable and slept that way too. Thanks Marlene for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Nice house, nice host

The house has a great floor plan, well equipped kitchen, nice space by the pool. 8 Of us stayed here very comfortable. We were overwhelmed by the moth ball smell and had to air the house out. The property would be amazing if it had the wear and tear on the walls painted and the walls were dusted for Cobb webs. We loved the attention to crisp ironed linens on the bed.

Hi Anina,. Upon check-in a detailed inspection of the house both inside and outside was done by you and you signed a document agreeing that the house was clean, well kept and meets with your approval. You broke the house rules and guidelines by having DOGS stay in the house while you stayed there, causing your SD to be forfeited, hence negative comments. Please follow guidelines in the future.

Expect Amazing!

We rented this amazing home in order to attend our family reunion. Ms. Marlene greeted my family and I and gave us a tour through the home. We were so impressed and very pleased to have decided to rent this home for our stay. Due to Ms Marlene's welcoming with open arms, her gentle spirits and gracious warm smile. We plan to make this beautiful home our home away from home when we come to Houston. Thank you so much Ms Marlene, we plan to see you next summer if not sooner
