Coco Nut Tree House is nestled in Tropical Foliage on Crystal Clear Sea of Abaco

The sparkling seas and spectacular sunsets on this beautiful island can be enjoyed from the deck of Coco Nut Tree House. You can sample the crystal clear waters with a swim from the dock right out your front door, or get lost in a book while listening to the waves lap against the shore. When the sun gets to be too much close the doors and relax under the fans in each room or turn on the central air and enjoy Free Direct TV on a 37' flat screen TV or free WIFI connection…..for those of you that need to be in touch with something other than paradise island.

Snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, kayaking and fishing are all available to you and would need to be arranged individually. Exploring the island by golf cart and the historic town of New Plymouth with its museum, sculpture garden, gallery and shopping gives you a break from the sun whenever needed.

There are many restaurants to choose from with periodic live entertainment. If you would rather dine in groceries are available in the settlement of New Plymouth.

Everything was wonderful for this visit. Really cool house. Many of my family members were at larger properties in the area but everyone who saw it remarked how cool this one was because of the views and unique architecture. The host was wonderful and answered any questions we had quickly.

Our stay was amazing! We’ve been coming to the Abacos for over 20 years and this was one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at as a party of 2. The scenery from the deck was incredible, the beautiful fish habitat visible from swimming off the dock, the location just secluded enough to bring serenity- all combined to give a wonderful relaxing experience. Sherry was such a gracious host- going above and beyond when things beyond her control happened(lightening strike took out the router) The trade off for paradise is learning to go with the flow when stuff happens but she did everything she could to make it right. Mention her name to locals and they will tell you how respected she is. The caretaker Ellouise and her husband are fantastic people and will help with anything you need. I highly recommend this booking(unless you are planning to book the same week I am in 2 years)

Perfect for us!

Our host Sherry was wonderful. The house was perfect for us! Right on the sea of Abaco! Very comfortable king bed in the master made sleeping a dream. I would definitely recommend Coconut Treehouse!

We had an amazing stay at Coco Nut Treehouse! The house was perfect for our family vacation—comfortable, well-stocked, and the views from every window were incredible. The private dock right out front made it super easy to get on and off the boat each day, which was a huge plus. Sherry was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Wonderful

Loved the cottage! Boat dock was very convenient. A golf cart was needed for exploring the cay and trips to town. Enjoyable week!

Awesome, romantic location!

The tree house was well stocked for cooking and relaxing on decks and dock. Even though there were neighboring homes, the people were all very friendly and our tree house was very private and quiet. Loved it all!

Watching the sunrise and set from the front deck overlooking the Sea of Abaco was a highlight to my vacation. It creates the sensation on being on a ships bow.

Magical

Our stay was magical! This property is nestled in the trees off the beaten path, private, and it’s views are incredible, especially the sunset. Our kids explored the property and became friendly with the kind neighbors. So quite and secluded but close to everything. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful Home in the Trees

Everything about this property, and the island, was amazing. The ferry captain dropped us off right at the dock, arranged for a golf cart rental, the cleaning crew greeted us warmly and shared much information about the property and surrounding area, and the host answered all questions promptly. I highly recommend.

Rustic and beautiful.

The prop is rustic but hands down the most beautiful view on island and the morning sun is shaded perfect for tea drinking and reading while watching rays nurse sharks swim to and fro. The doc out front is great for eve gear drop offs after a day on water.

Best Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful time, I was in constant contact with the home owner and she was wonderful and answered all my questions.We had a group of 6 the for the week of Christmas and this house was perfect for us ! The deck has the most amazing views and the screened in porch was perfect for nights to hang out and play dominos. We rented golf carts and went all over town...due to this houses location you definitely need to rent carts. Be aware of what is closed on Sunday before you go..we will definitely be back!!
