Great time with friends

We stayed with our friends from Canada and it was a great place for our group.It's within walking distance to Towne Lake and park with a nice playground and a nice trail to go for a walk.Really enjoyed our stay.

The host for this VRBO was awesome - very helpful and prompt in everything I needed.Had to give lower scores for cleanliness as property is getting a little run down.

Engaging in responsive host; great location and floor plan. Hot tub was a hit. Walls had recently been painted but not the trim that had mildew which made the house appeared to be “dirty“. It was not dirty, but clean. The property needed the paint job to be finished when we stayed there in 11/25.

Beautiful Property

This house was excellent. The Property manager Judy is excellent with communication. The house is great and clean everything worked as it should. Excellent stay in a awesome neighborhood. Thank you again for letting me stay at the property.

Better Than Advertised

The home was exactly what was needed for a weekend getaway. The home was very spacious and had all the amenities we desired. The hot tub was clutch for the chilly nights we encountered. Very convenient location to get to all destinations we had planned. Would definitely recommend this home to friends and family! Thank you for everything!

Communication with the host was excellent, but everything else was disappointing to say the least. The house is clearly false advertised, and the pictures are not showing the reality. The hard floors might have been newly installed a few years ago, and so the countertops, but a new slap of paint on existing paint does not qualify as newly remodeled. Overall the whole house gives a rather run down impression, and the word disgusting comes to mind more often than it should. Paint is shipping everywhere, all corners are dirty, window sills, the room doors I think have never seen a cleaning. one of the room doors isn't closing at all, and the bed is broken. All towels had stains, the showers mold, I don't want to mention the disgusting carpet upstairs,and the list goes on. Not to mention the none existing hot tub that was not only advertised, but also pictured. I was promised a discount that never came. Oh, and did I mention that the kitchen is only equipped with the bare minimum, and there are glass tables everywhere, but not one place mat insight.I am very sorry July, I know you tried hard, but we too work hard for our money, and I am sick and tired to give be let on. And in case nobody believes me, I have pictures to proof it all.

First, the hot tub has not been advertised as an amenity for several years after it was permanently removed from service. We have reviewed our listing and can confirm that it was not included as an advertised feature during your stay. During your stay, the only issue reported to us was that the grill was not in satisfactory condition. We responded immediately and replaced it with a brand-new grill to address your concern. None of the other issues mentioned in this review were reported to us during your stay, which unfortunately prevented us from having the opportunity to investigate or resolve them. We take great pride in maintaining our property and are committed to providing excellent customer service, as reflected in your positive comments regarding our communication. While we understand that every guest may have different expectations, we believe our listing photos accurately represent the property and its condition. We appreciate all feedback and will continue working to provide a positive experience for future guests.
