The place was awesome! Plenty of room for our oldest in her wheelchair, nice assesabilty. Beautiful sunsets, great swimming, and fishing. Will totally be coming back in the cooler months. Overall a wonderful stay and everyone had fun.

The lake view was outstanding! You can see part of the lake from the front and side widows of the sunroom. Spent the majority of the time in the sunroom where you can also observe birds, squirrels and (surprisingly) neighborhood billy goats.The dock is a great place to view the expanse of the lake and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.The home was very clean and I didn’t find spiders like at other Vrbo properties with trees on the property.

Lake house stay

We went to gey away for a few days to relax and fish. We did just that, we were able to relax...very quiet on this part of the lake. We fished a lot and caught a lot. We will definitely go back. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The property is quiet and enjoyable, if you are looking for a get away that you can see the stars with not a lot of noise this is the place. The eonly thing is, for the taller folks 6'2 and above, the house emay feel a bit small, or if you have arachniphobia you may get freaked out here. It was a grwat stay and hope to rent it out again in the future.

Property itself was very nice… The home was fairly charming. However, I was very disappointed. Due to the fact that a washer and dryer was listed on site in the garage. However, I call the owner and was told It was locked up and we were not allowed to use it. I had to go several miles to find a Washateria. That was very inconvenient because I had to take my grandson with me. The very reason I chose this particular Lakehouse is because a washer and dryer was listed as amenities…when you have children with you, you definitely need a washer and dryer. 🥴Also, another inconvenience, the dishwasher did not work. It was broken and I was not told that as well. I don’t mind washing dishes however I spent a lot of time cleaning when I could’ve been enjoying quality time with my family.Something else that was listed fully stocked was bathroom amenities… it even specified there was soap and shampoo… BUT, NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO. I had to go BACK to the store to purchase these items. Which was late when we realized we didn’t have any thing to bath with. Oh only 1 beach towel…so bring more if you chose this place.

My listing has never said we had a washer & dryer on our site, we allowed that in the past until guests broke it, which is a very expensive fix, also this guest allowed her grandson to go on our neighbors PRIVATE DOCK without even knowing, which means she leaves him unattended, beware of a child being able to wonder around unattended due to liability, also this guest never showed any concern about not having a washer or dryer until it was time to leave a review, I would NOT recommend ever renting to her with this type of behavior, she sure was nice on the phone & in messages, but then out of the blue leaves this kind of review? Look at our other reviews then look at this one, tells you a lot about this renter! BEWARE!

This property is amazing. The check-in was easy. Even though I, the non tech wonder, couldn't figure it out. The host got right back to me re explains the instructions and was just so sweet about it. The house is as described to a tee. The pictures don't do the property and grounds justice. Just beautiful and serene. It was perfect for our 16th anniversary fishing trip. The sunsets will knock your sox off.I wanted my husband to disconnect, relax, just be. I understood and completed the assignment all with the help of the property. Fishing early morning was great. We brought a couple of led lamps so we got to fish after dark. If you don't want to cook there are plenty of great places local. If you want more chain type, or the movies you will need to go to Sulphur Springs or Rockwall. We caught the canton flee market weekend. Spent the whole day sat fishing.The property is great for a couple getaway or a small family(2br) wanting to fish or just have family time.My husband and I will be back hopefully this july or aug.I highly highly recommend this property and host.
