This house is a perfect location for vacation on Cape Cod. The house is adorable and best kitchen ever of a vrbo house. Peaceful and quiet on the water.

Well appointed little home! Mini split units offered a comfortable stay. Really nice landscaping! Neat location on a river and close to nearby attractions.

Great relaxing get away

This house had everything we needed to recharge at the end of a busy vacation. Tons of cooking supplies, a great outdoor space, grill, etc to make ourselves at home! Clean and comfortable!

Wonderful house

This house is newly renovated and has everything you could ever want. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Great Weekend

We had a great time. The home was quite comfortable and located perfectly off the beaten path. It was exactly what my fiancé and I needed to round out the summer.

Cottage as listed

Nice relaxing place. All appliances worked and bed was comfortable. Would have liked to have been closer to some substantial beach’s.

Hey Rick so glad you had a great time. The weather could have been better for you guys and I'm sorry about that. Ya like I said on our messages, the major beaches are further away down cape like Famouth, Dennis, (30 min)and even further towards Pee town (90 min.) ... Next time, if you come, you could even go to seek out some of the great beaches in Newport and Narragansett Rhode Island and they are about hour away. Thanks for choosing our happy place.

Gorgeous cottage in a picteresque location. Perfectly situatated for Boston & Cape Cod.

Beautifully renovated cottage with all the comforts of home. Picturesque view of the water from the dining area. The boys loved kayaking down the river. Perfect location to travel to Boston, Plymouth and Cape Cod. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Cottage

Kerri & Tom's cottage is beautiful and we had an amazing time. The attention/detail given to this property is truly amazing. Kerri was super communicative and made checking in a breeze. They provided everything for families/couples to enjoy their time there. I highly recommend staying here!

Love love love

This house was perfect for my girls getaway! The house is so cute & modern and has more room than expected! The outdoor shower was amazing as well as the fire pit. We had a great stay here & I can’t think Kerri for a better stay!

Quiet oasis

We absolutely loved our time at the cottage! The location is perfect, the cottage had everything we needed and the property was perfectly conducive to relaxing and memory making! Kerri was a perfect host throughout the week and leading up to the stay; quickly responsive to any messages and provided tons of information. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

Being from New Orleans, we do not experience fall. The view was amazing and this cottage was awesome and perfect for spending quality family time. Will definitely try to rent this place again.

Girl's weekend

This was a perfect spot! Beautiful views with ducks and herons visiting often. While we were there it rained relentlessly, but the inside was cozy with comfortable seating, a large screen tv for movies and a well planned kitchen for cooking anything (even had an electric griddle!) Within minutes of great restaurants, too! Enjoy your stay, we did!!

Great place - Off the Cape!

We loved being a little off the beaten path. Easy drive, off hours, to Hyannis and other points. Clean and comfortable. We had rain, so couldn’t use the boats and bikes, but it would have been nice!

Wonderful cottage, great renovations, excellent location to explore Cape Cod, quick communication with owners, quiet neighborhood, helpful notebook upon arrival, fast wi-fi, serene backyard

Cozy Beach House

What a cute, cozy house! Came for a girls weekend and this was a great spot for us to hang after a long day at the beach. Between the private community beach and Onset Beach (super close drive) we got our fill of sand and sun. The house was just as described and Kerri was an excellent communicator leading up to check in. Definitely recommend!

Cute and cozy cottage

Kerri is an excellent host. The communication was great. The property was very clean and as described. It has great outdoor space and the location is great to explore the cape. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely rent from Kerri again.

Relaxing and peaceful!

This was definitely a cozy, beautiful cottage. We had an awesome time as a family. Loved the porch and the picturesque backyard. Lots of indoor and outdoor games. My son did a little kayaking despite some rainy evenings. Wished we planned on staying longer.

Glad you had a great stay! We fixed the bed that go Brocken and we got rid of the top double bunk bed so no we have one double and twin bunk beds in that room. So for the next time you stay we will be down a bed, but you can use the pull out couch.

We rented this charming cottage for our son’s girlfriend’s family who flew in from Dallas to join us for Thanksgiving. We had never met them before, so the privacy of their own place seemed right. Well, they absolutely loved the cottage, the location, etc. Kerri proved to be an amazing hostess, responding within seconds when they could not figure out how to turn up the heat. As our home is small, I foresee that we will rent Kerri’s gorgeous home many times in the future.
