Vacation Heaven! The minute you open the door of Pine Grove Cottage in Port Albert, near Goderich, your worldly cares will disappear. The open natural interior wraps around you, welcoming you to a fun and relaxing stay. The owners have searched the countryside to decorate the cottage with comfort and whimsy in mind. The cottage has 2 Queen size beds.


Like to cook? A huge eat in kitchen has everything you need to try that dish you haven’t had time to make. Beside the kitchen is a small pantry with a washer and dryer.

Days can be spent relaxing outdoors in your choice of a screened in front porch or two outdoor patios. Trails beside the house take you through a natural area near the Nine Mile River. Or you could walk to the beach, 5 minutes away, and come back hours later…

Other days might find you exploring the coastline, visiting beautiful port towns such as Bayfield, Goderich and Kincardine.

Pine Grove Cottage and it’s sister cottage across the road, Mary’s Cottage, can be rented together for larger groups… just ask!

We love it here. Met the hosts and very nice and friendly. The decor in the cottage is wonderful and the beach is great! Will definitely book again

Beautiful location and amazing home with wonderful decor. only downfall was having to bring your own linen and taking any garbage with us.

Large rooms, air conditioning a plus. Fully equipped kitchen, no dishwasher. Very pet friendly, our small cockapoo was very welcome. Great back yard with patio, pergola and fire bowl. Large yard and screened in porch a bonus. Our host Paul was very helpful and accommodating. A restful, unique cottage makes you feel right at home.

Great

Our overall impression of the property was great. It was how it said it was in the description. It was cozy and clean. Would definitely go back. Also great location close walk to the beach, and rhe parknfor the kids.

Fabulous

The cottage was rustic with wide pine plank flooring, open concept, high ceiling and an overall impression of welcoming guests. So many interesting decorations to examine. As often as possible we sat outside on the patio on the comfortable cushions. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Of all the vrbo places we've stayed at this was the best so far. Loved it.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. We loved all the outdoor seating areas especially the screened in front porch. The kitchen was well equipped for the self catering we planned. When we prepared and cooked we found everything we needed to succeed. The cottage is beautiful and all the decorations are a tourist destination in themselves. We were still noticing new things even on leaving day. I enjoyed seeing the historical photos of the area. Bed was comfy ! ( but was a little bit narrower than the queen sheets we brought from home ). We had brought books and amusements from home but really didn't have to as the cottage had all sorts of books and games . We took advantage of the location to drive over to Blyth to see a play. It was not warm enough to swim but sunsets on the beach down the road were lovely.
