The property was quite decent for an older home and well priced.. The hosts were amazing and communication was quick and easy. I would stay here again if I needed to come back to the Lackland AFB area. Short distance to the base and to the airport.

Great experience. We were a little disappointed that the pool was not open during our visit but that is a seasonal thing not a property issue.

The house is really pretty and it’s really nice was not informed that the pool was going to be closed during the entire stay which was disappointing as that was one of the reasons for booking the specific property other than that it’s a very nice house and the beds are super comfy

2/10 Terrible

No le gustó: Limpieza, check-in, comunicación y veracidad del anuncio
Our stay was very disappointing. After a 12-hour drive, we arrived to a home that was not clean: the floors and stove needed cleaning, there was old food in the pantry, a strong urine smell, and urine stains on the mattresses. We also encountered a roach infestation and spent the night trying to kill roaches instead of sleeping. The outdoor trash was already full when we arrived, and my family ended up sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the stove ourselves. We reported the problems during our stay, but the host took a very long time to respond. Most of our calls went to voicemail, and when he did respond, I felt he was condescending and minimized our concerns. The infestation and other issues were never resolved. This was especially upsetting while traveling with a young child.I would give this stay ZERO stars if I could. I would not recommend this property; there are better options available.

The host was easy to communicate with and very attentive. The house could have been cleaner and could have had cleaning products such as dish soap, hand soap, counter spray, a mop or swiffer, only had one dish towel. The dish brush was unusable which means the dishes weren’t sanitary. Floors hadn’t been mopped and perhaps not even swept, kitchen table not wiped down, but other than the minor uncleanliness it was ok.
