Enjoy a peaceful respite that keeps you close to all the action! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you'll be just a short walk away from the excitement of the stadium on gameday and the vibrant downtown Athens scene.
With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, our space comfortably accommodates your group. The main floor features a queen bedroom and a full bath, while upstairs you'll find a king bedroom and another bedroom with a queen and full bed. A convenient powder room on the main level adds to your comfort.
Experience the best of both worlds as you relax in the comfort of our inviting space, complete with all the amenities (including a koi pond). Stroll through the friendly streets of Athens, exploring local shops and restaurants, or take a leisurely walk to Sanford Stadium for the best football in the nation. When you're ready to unwind, retreat to your own private oasis, where you can put your feet up and recharge.

We loved the house! It was so spacious and the perfect setup for our group of 3 adults and 2 children. We walked to downtown and to Sanford Stadium, so convenient on a football weekend. It had a lovely back yard, Usha was a great host, the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you might need, and the welcome basket was such a nice treat. We would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful, spacious house with an unbeatable location that is a short walk from Downtown. The house was immaculately stocked with everything you could ever want, including an incredibly thoughtful welcome basket with wine and local favorites. Highly recommend!

AMAZING HOUSE AND LOCATION
One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. This house is spacious and stocked with every possible thing you could need. It was perfect for our 2025 graduation trip. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful, above and beyond. We arrived to a fabulous welcome basket, which was enjoyed by all. LOVED this house! Hope to stay again in the very near future. Thank you Usha for a fabulous stay.
