Perfect home for 5 of us over the Christmas holiday. Very clean - with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar at the pool area. Loved the quiet location.

Absolutely Perfect Spot!

We completely LOVED this place —- Big Adult Kids/1 year old —- all the amenities worked out great! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property

Overall, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The property is incredible and our property manager was excellent. Amenities are really nice and location was exactly where we wanted it.

Fabulous- one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Lots of room, kitchen wonderfully stocked, beach and outdoor equipment great. Wonderful communication- owners are thoughtful and great to work with! Very nice place. We were there during the kona low storms. Used the pool as much as possible. They are very strict about their policies. Kitchen is well stocked. There are spices and some leftover things in the frig. Garage has some chairs, 1 umbrella, cooler and boogie boards. The only thing we had trouble with is figuring out the shower and the water. It works fine, just had to figure it out. Overall great stay, minus the weather.

Great condo in a wonderful location

Our family of four had a fantastic week on the Big Island staying in this condo. The unit is a perfect place to relax and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The grounds and pool area are also very nice and we definitely enjoyed returning there nightly after a day of adventures.

Love Hali’i Kai

This is our 2nd time staying at 20G. Love this property and the attention property owners pay to making sure guests have all they need to enjoy their vacation. Easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and very well appointed. Comfortable beds. The grounds were gorgeous, and the pool area exceeded our expectations!! Great bar/restaurant at the pool, with excellent food a very friendly staff. Gorgeous views for whale watching. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to vacation!

We immensely enjoyed our stay and thought the location was perfect. It is close to some shops and numerous beaches - but also is quiet and private. The pool is great and the food at the pool was really good. The property was exactly what we hoped it would be and we appreciated all of the items in the garage; boogie boards, basketball, snorkeling gear, etc. Highly recommend!

location, location, location!!

Beautiful condo walking distance to beach, restaurants, shipping, golf courses. All beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had amazing appliances. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Waikoloa!!

AMAZING STAY🌺

This VRBO provided everything we needed for our stay and took care of all our needs! Very clean, spacious and organized. Our entire party enjoyed their time here and loved the pool area as well. Great experience

The condo was nice and clean. They supplied everything needed for an enjoyable stay and some extras. The location was great and very convenient. Hannah was good throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this property.

Whales and beaches!

We had a great time in Hali'i Kai 20G in January! Well-stocked kitchen and beach accessories were greatly appreciated. The Ocean Club is a great place to hang out, work out, (watch whales in the winter months) when you are not out enjoying the beaches and everything else Hawaii has to offer. Home away from home.

We really enjoyed our three weeks at the property. It was a great place from which to explore the island and come home to. The private residents only pool and restaurant area were so enjoyable. The Waikoloa area has so much too offer. We saw molten lava at Volcanoes National Park one day and snow on top of Mauna Kea the next. Great beaches. You can get day passes to the local resorts for a fee and the beach vendors were great. We just Love the Big Island and we will be back.
