Escape to our peaceful mountaintop cottage perched above a scenic overlook just outside of town. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers breathtaking sunrise views, cozy indoor and outdoor spaces, and easy access to hiking and the Buffalo River - perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to unplug and unwind.

The cottage is located just off of Highway 65.

There are several great places to eat near and even some historical places to explore.
Home to the only year round operating Drive In Theater in Arkansas so, bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit under the stars and catch a movie!

Home was just as advertised and clean! Host was very responsive! We were very pleased with our stay! If you are traveling and need a place to stay in Marshall, we recommend staying here! Beautiful (sunrise) views and sunset views just a minute from the house!

This property was amazing! The views are absolutely stunning and the hosts are so sweet and helpful! Our favorite part was the fire pit that came stocked with stuff for s’mores! We had the best time and would definitely recommend this property to everyone!

The property is beautiful.The house is very clean! It’s just far enough out to be quiet but close enough to get to grocery stores and places to eat without having to travel too far. The host communicated very well and always wrote back in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and will be back!!

The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was nicely furnished. The sunrise view was amazing and we also went to the scenic overlook at the bottom of the street and saw a beautiful sunset. We wanted to get away from the expected firework noise at out home and it was very quiet there. We did some sightseeing at the towns in the area as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was so nice. There was lots to do at the house and everything was well stocked. We were missing an ironing board, but we made do. I would definitely recommend this property

This place is so nice and they thought of all the little details! The view is absolutely stunning. My wife and I with our two boys had a blast being within 15 minutes of the Buffalo River, then hit one of the restaurants in town and back up to the house for s’mores over the fire pit. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful stay at the cottage. It was easy to find, clean, comfortable, and an added bonus was the deck with a view and outside area. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

The house was very clean and well kept. TV service and Wi-Fi were available, as were kureg cups and stuff for s'mores. Spacious, two bathrooms, and dog friendly.

This property was as described and perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. The space was very accommodating for our party of 6. It was very clean! Felt instantly comfortable. We loved the fire pit area and the yard was great for our dogs to stretch their legs. Close to activities like the drive-in theatre, hiking trails, and shopping. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home!!!

The home was very well kept, and the views were spectacular! We really liked the items there to make smores!! The washing machines with laundry detergent, soaps, and toothpaste. Small details like that are very thoughtful!!!

Beds comfy.But...Disgusting peeling frying pans.No instuctions on how to use tv or what networks were available.And while it had a lovely deck and fire pit, you couldn't use them because of the extremly loud highway noise...24/ 7 traffic and tractor trailersListing did not say "Perched right over a major highway".

We loved staying at this house for our family vacation. The host provides stuff for smores, firewood and plenty of games for the family to play together! My family loved the large sofa and the firepit the most to hangout and relax at the end of the day. Definitely recommend a sunrise and sunset watch for your stay! 10/10 would recommend!
