Large dining area (10), Kitchen with bar (4), new granite counter tops and refrigerator lead to a screened in porch (which will be sure to be the favorite room in the house). Crows nest deck with amazing ocean views. King bedroom with 43" smart TV shares semi-private bath with living area. Separate Bar area with stand alone ice maker.
Mid Level: King ensuite bedroom with 43" smart TV and deck access, Bedroom with Queen Bed and 43" Smart TV shares common bathroom with a Bedroom with Two Twin beds and smart TV and a Bedroom with two single over single bunk beds. Washer & Dryer
Ground Level: Large rec. room with Half Bath, foosball, Large sitting area with 75" smart TV, full size fridge.
Outside: Large Private Pool (32x12) Hot Tub (8), covered gazebo, Outside Shower, charcoal grill.
