This luxurious Villa is the ultimate vacation retreat and its walking distance to the beach. The year round breeze in the backyard is incredible. Enjoy all the luxuries of Casa de Campo from your own Villa. Butler, house keeper, private chef are all available.




NOTE: The nightly rental rates do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort registration fee, which is payable directly to the resort upon arrival.
The current resort registration fees are as follows (subject to change by Casa de Campo): Adults (ages 12+): US$25 per person per night; Children (ages 4–12): US$12 per person per night; and Children under 4: Free. This resort fee provides access to all Casa de Campo amenities, including the resort beaches, Minitas, resort pools, golf courses, fitness center, and resort shuttle services.

Love this property! The owner’s team was incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed. Fran and his team did an outstanding job making us feel at home while thoughtfully taking care of every detail and every need.A sincere thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience. We had a wonderful time at this property! I have been coming down to Casa for years and this was one of my favorite homes. The staff was wonderful and made sure we were well taken care of! It was super central to all the activities and the beach! The pool was large and the backyard setup and seating was great for our large group! i would recommend this house to all my friends and family! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa and had a truly great experience overall. The staff were beyond excellent and made our stay especially enjoyable. Frank and Jonathan were incredible—attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Chef Wanda also did an amazing job; every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious!The villa itself was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax and spend time together.Our only suggestion would be for the host to improve communication and the overall organization process. It would be helpful to have all the details clearly explained in advance, including the available extra services and exactly what they include. A smoother and more comprehensive communication process would make the experience even better.Other than that, we all had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend the villa and especially want to thank Frank, Jonathan, and Wanda for making our trip so memorable!

The trip was absolutely amazing. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and committed to making our guest experience as good as could be. The villa was stunning - and even nicer than the pictures - and the staff was incredible from arrival to departure. The host’s coordination was top-notch and highly professional. Awesome experience all around.

Our host and the staff are exceptional! They helped with reservations, transportation and cooked delicious meals. They also kept the place spotless and did laundry daily. It is a perfect house for 8 or more golfers. Highly recommend!

Traveled with a large group, 8 adults and 7 children, and the property was large enough to accommodate us all without feeling crowded. The best part of the house was the staff! Frank and Alexa was great at attending to all of our needs and making sure the kids had everything they needed. Our chef Wanda did a superb job at providing us 3 delicious meals to our taste and ensuring all dietary restrictions were met. The cleaning staff above and beyond by leaving our rooms spotless every day and even washed our clothes before we left!! Julio, our host was helpful in addressing any concerns and questions we had prior and during the trip. The location of the house was also a huge plus, only 5 mins from Minitas Beach. Will definitely be booking this venue again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were extremely accommodating down to every last detail. They arranged help with excursions and golf carts. The house staff was beyond welcoming and attentive. The chef was incredible, better than some of the restaurants on the property. I would absolutely stay again with family and friends.

Planning a golf bachelor trip for 12 guys typically comes with its fair share of chaos 23 Los Limones somehow turned it into a well-oiled operation.We were a group of 12 guys which could mean food and cervezas disappearing at an alarming rate — but the house and staff handled us like seasoned pros.Frank the butler and his assistant demonstrated a level of care for us as if we were their own family — always one step ahead of whatever we needed. If someone even thought about a cerveza, one appeared.Chef Wanda was phenomenal. Feeding 12 grown men after 18 holes of golf is no small task, and she made it look effortless. The volume of assorted meats she handled over the course of the trip was nothing short of remarkable a true masterclass in meat handling. Not a single hot dog was left behind. Every meal was outstanding, portions were generous, and no one ever left the table hungry.The house had plenty of space for a large group and the location was prime — easy walking distance to the beach.We arrived as 12 men and left slightly heavier, extremely well taken care of, and already planning our return.10/10 would absolutely stay again. P.S. we already miss it.

An Unforgettable Escape!

Our stay at this house was absolutely Incredible from the second we pulled up to the second we left. The ten of us there for a golf trip were completely satisfied to say the least! Julio, the property owner, is fantastic and in communication with us every step of the way!The staff greeted us outside with frozen tropical drinks as we arrived. Frank, the head butler couldn’t do enough, ensuring everything was made possible, ascertained all food was purchased, making sure all TV’s were working with all channels we needed, music we wanted, etc...The chef, Wanda was not only better than most restaurants I’ve been to, she also went above and beyond our expectations, pleasantly surprising us with salads and side dishes. Edwin, our assistant butler was extremely accommodating with drinks poolside (anywhere on premises) and all our needs during dining. The housekeeper, Tatia, was also very accommodating, making sure our rooms were impeccable, and clothes cleaned and dried daily.Every bedroom & bathroom is very clean and comfortable. The house is 2 minutes from an amazing beach with attendants for everything you need, setting up lounge chairs, towels, drinks, food, etc., and has 2 pools. Also, minutes from the world-renowned Golf courses.I highly recommend this house as it is elegantly designed along with its top-notch amenities, including a fantastic pool and hot tub made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay and perfect for a multi-family or a group on a golf trip!

The villa and staff were an incredible experience. The pictures in the listing don’t do the property justice. The villa is beautiful and perfect for a large group. Our host and his staff were amazing - extremely attentive and thoughtful. They prepared us meals and organized events/activities. They were a major highlight of the villa. I’d highly recommend this villa and would stay here again.

A group of 14 of us stayed here July 11-18 2026 . We usually take vacations that don’t have any help and I must tell you this was a very special treat. The staff was amazing. The house was spectacular. Julio and Christina. The host were amazing.Some specific details about our trip 1. The table set all of us at one time and we shared breakfast lunch and dinner with the entire family cooked by the amazing chef Wanda.2. Keirya and Alyssa were very helping hands in the kitchen and always kept our place. Spotless, laundry, done towels prepared for the pool and always kept the place tidy.3. And then there was FRANK our go to Butler whatever anybody need anything it was “just ask Frank.” Always had the fresh drinks for the team any questions to set up excursions of his ass FRANK anytime the golf carts broke down. He was always there. Can’t say enough about the staff.!!! Highly recommend this villa spectacular tripGriggs lynch Campanella’s families !!!

This is a beautiful property that worked out just perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 6 children…: lovely pool and hot tub… seating areas galore to suit everyone. Frank the butler is on top of all your needs and Wanda the chef is amazing. Rest of staff just as excellent and efficient blending in seamlessly ! Location of home is within a few minutes of all C de C has to offer yet it’s private and quiet . Highly recommend!

El trabajo de Frank, Edwin y el resto del equipo fue excepcional; su amabilidad y dedicación a nuestro bienestar hicieron toda la diferencia. La atención al detalle fue evidente en todo momento. La casa es preciosa, decorada con mucho gusto y con todas las comodidades que uno podría desear. Cada rincón estaba perfectamente cuidado, creando un ambiente acogedor y relajante.
