The pictures shown in ad are not representative of the condition the home is in now. Based on the layout of a home and the neighborhood that is in, you can tell it was once a great getaway. But the home has not been kept up. The home was not completely prepped for us to arrive. The water was not turned on. The patio cushions were stacked in the living room instead of being put out on the patio furniture.Much of the patio furniture shown in the pictures was either in poor condition or broken. The grill ran out of propane gas when I was grilling out for the first time. The pool was not clean when I arrived. The houses internet did not work 3 of the 6 days I was there, which did not allow us to watch any television or for me to do work that I had to complete while I was there. Once a new router was installed, the TV outside did not work properly and had to be set up again. So we only got to use the TV outside for the last two days we were here. The property management company did address issues as I raised them, and said they will issue approximately a 13% refund (of which I have not received yet). But I don't feel that that refund covers the amount of inconvenience that we experienced. As you could imagine, this led to somewhat of a unpleasant stay and we didn't get to enjoy the home as we thought we would based on the description.
