If you are tired of the chaos at busy vacation places try this Farmhouse stay. This is a shared property , the complete basement unit 2 bedrooms, living room with separate entrance is available for a unique experience to be with Indian breed Cows, Goats, Chickens, Horse, and a Donkey. Wake up with rooster saying Good Morning.
You are only 10 min from Publix and lovely restaurants , 20 min from southern charm picturesque and thriving downtown McDonough and the famous Tanger Outlets. What else do you need when one is only 30 min from one of the best Indian cuisine restaurants.
12 acres of paradise along with activities of fishing, kayaking in our own Lake and small hike around the woods make this a complete package.
Outdoor camping stove and grill setup to make this rustic camping experience with added luxury of comfortable sleep.
Beautiful huge swimming pool with an infinity pool vibe subject to availability. Dog fee of $40 will be applicable per dog.

Awesome farm experience

The farm and stay was by far one of our best and most beautiful stays. The property is just breath taking. The animals are so well behaved and cute and taken care of. The hosts were very accommodating and so nice. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Our stay at the farm

It was a wonderful trip to Kulkarni farm. We enjoyed our stay. Hosts are very friendly. Enjoyed being with the animals, and walking in the vegetable garden. Would love to go back again.

Dream stay on the farm!

This property is a hidden gem in Georgia. The farmhouse was adorable, the animals were cute and the view of the lake was so beautiful! The hosts were great and went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Do yourself a favor and book your stay here!

Fantastic experience

We recently stayed at this farmhouse, and it was a fantastic experience. My kids loved working with their cute animals. Hosts are very passionate about what they do, and it was really motivating for kids to see what can be achieved if someone is passionate about what they do.

Serene and tranquil getaway

We drove down to patil Kulkarni farms from Charlotte as my wife is an avid gardener and she wanted to visit the farm and interact with kiran and parimal. From the time we entered the property we were breath taken by the tranquil view with the reservoir in the backdrop. The property is very clean and our family of 4 and 2 fur babies stayed very comfortably. My kids loved the pool and the jumping board. The farmhouse is not really a farmhouse. It’s a full cozy home with a farm around if you want to experience it. We enjoyed, relaxed and rejuvenated. Ideal place to unwind and if you love animals you will love the property even more. Kiran and parimal - great job managing the home and the farm. Looking forward to our next trip here. Sri.

Fabulous experience

Amazing experience; we definitely plan to go back. We fell in love with the animals. The hosts gave us a very informative, personal tour and we learned a lot about homesteading.
