We do not reside on the property but we are really good at communication and we will be in contact with you via Airbnb messages if you need any help.



There is another tenant who lives in the studio in the back. The W/D is shared with him. Please do not attempt to open his door or go anywhere else besides the laundry room area.



Cancellation Policy

Guest receives 100.00% (less $25.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $25.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 25.00% (less $25.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
