This house is absolutely wonderful, one of the best we’ve stayed in during all of our travels. It’s warm and sunny, very comfortable and has everything you might need for a stay in Russel.

Absolutely first class property, as good as anywhere we've ever stayed, with everything we needed being available. Fantastic views, that could not be bettered. The communication from the hosts was excellent, both upon booking, and leading up to our stay, meaning no additional queries were necessary. Would definitely stay again, if in the area.

Family BOI exploring

Very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped home. We had everything we needed and more! Little things like having the user manuals for various appliances is incredibly useful .Brilliant location overlooking picturesque Matauwhi Bay and just a short drive (or lovely walk) to Kororareka township.

We couldn’t fault a thing. House was beautiful with everything you could need. Host was very proactive with information and support. We loved the house design so much we might just copy the layout when building one day. Thanks Lorraine.

A beautiful well equipped house that worked really well for our family! The internal space and the view of the bay were better than we anticipated basing off of the photos. Kitchen equipment really well supplied and communication with the hosts was great. We wish we staying longer, highly recommended!

Absolutely loved the house, the view, the convenient location to Russell town, everything. Terrific communication with the lovely owners who shared some good tips for local places to try. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful home, stunning views, exceptionally clean and tidy

We loved our weekend getaway with friends and family. The home was exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need, very clean and a stunning property all round. Great views. We walked into town both days, a nice easy stroll.

Trendy place with all mod cons

Lovely linen, furniture etc and everything you want in kitchen including Nespresso and frother. Great to watch birdlife in the valley and sea views.

Home was modern and new and had amazing views and close to town. Our little ones enjoyed the bunk bed and books and toys. Located on the lower part of a hill, we enjoyed walking up the hill for a little workout. Lorraine and Graham was responsive, friendly and provided all supplies needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely views, modern and comfortable.

Very lovely modern home with comfortable bed and good basic kitchen supplies. You do have to take all of your rubbish with you which was a bit surprising.
