Luxury Villa, private swimming pool only 300 meters to the center of town
In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reason we are taking the following actions:
Hand sanitizer available in the property upon arrival
We clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
We change all our linen and towels after every stay.
Use one good product to disinfect surfaces all around the property.
Placed in a quiet residential area of Alvôr, this delightful new house is on two floors.
The ground floor has two bedrooms, in suite a very large living/dining room with patio doors overlooking the terrace and pool.
The fully equipped kitchen leads into a covered terrace area which has a built-in barbeque around the corner.
The pool has shallow section for children. Pool furniture and the alfresco eating facilities on the covered terrace are in teak and fittings throughout the house are of very good quality.
On the floors is the master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom and a further twin-bedroom with en-suite shower room bathroom. Both these bedrooms have a small veranda with partial sea view.
A car port is provided for guest's cars.
The villa is air-conditioned.
Within walking distance of centre of Alvôr (200 metres approx.) and just 1,2 Km from the beach at Alvôr, this delightful villa is finished and furnished to a very high standard.

We were a party of 8 celebrating our 40ths and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Great clean Villa and suited of every need. Pool was lovely. Also it was in a great location from Alvor Town, Would highly recommend. Lena was also very good at communicating through email before arriving.

The second time we have stayed here for a very good reason. We were a family of 6 adults and two children 4 & 7. The kids loved the pool and it kept them occupied duirng the time we were there in the day. The sunbeds have thick cushions and made lazing round the pool comfortable. The location is perfect, the restaurants and bars in the cente are a 5 minute walk, so we could go off and play golf and the rest of the family were not stranded. There is a large supermarket just round the corner within easy walking distance. Maria the host is brilliant and lives just the other side of the road, so is with you in minutes if you have a problem (we didnt).We will be back for a third visit for sure

I was part of a group of 7 mature (ish) ! female friends, the villa suited us perfectly, the pool area is super, it gets the sun all day and evening, the sunbeds are sturdy and comfortable and having the table and chairs in the shade provided good respite from the sun if needed. The villa is in a great location for the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants. Lena is a delightful lady who popped round and gave us advice about supermarkets and using uber which we used for the beach and other trips at a very reasonable price. Comfortable beds and bed linen too, a beautiful villa in beautiful Alvor, should we return to Alvor we would definitely wish to stay again. Thank you Lena

Loved our stay at this villa, it is spacious and well equipped, and the hosts were so kind and helpful, already waiting for us when we arrived and even popped over a few times to bring some toys/floaties for the kids to use in the pool. We didn't have great weather but that didn't stop us from jumping in and having fun anyway. Slept really well in the comfortable and lovely rooms. The house was perfectly clean. The little town is only a short walk away and has lots to explore. Thank you for letting us stay! Kat x

Incredible Villa!
Wow what a stay we had here! The villa is perfect in every aspect and we’re hoping to revisit very soon!! Wonderful host too who is super helpful and really lovely as well :) thanks for looking after us!

Great Villa
My family and I had a lovely 16 night stay. Villa had everything we needed. It is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants.From we booked until we left, communication with Maria was quick and easy. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful property!
We loved staying at this property as it was beautiful; large well decorated rooms, well stocked gourmet kitchen and gorgeous outdoor area with private pool and dining
area. It was paradise and Lena was friendly,
efficient and kind!
Cannot wait to stay there again in the future!

Lovely villa
We had a lovely stay at this villa. Lena was a very nice and friendly lady. The rooms were all perfect and plenty if bathrooms. We used the outside table mostly for foid and drinks nice in the shade. Pool area was a lovely place to relax very quiet. We will definitely been back.

Family getaway
We had a great time at the house. Plenty of room for the extended family. The pool area is excellent and having a child’s pool was a welcome bonus for our 18 month old grandson. Already looking to book again for next year.
