Perfect pre-cruise location

Pristine property with great amenities. Perfect location to stay the night before a cruise given its proximity to the Miami cruise port.

Absolutely amazing place. Very impressed all around. Cost was very fair and place was perfect with resort like amenities. Location was great with walking distance to everything. Bellboys was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Honestly may be the only place I’ll stay coming back to this part of Miami.

This is a convenient place to stay prior to leaving for a cruise. It is right across from the Miami cruise terminal. There is an outdoor shopping mall across the street.

Family Cruise

The 3 bedroom was perfect for our family of 6 for the 1 night stay. The views were awesome, the pool excellent, the staff personable and attentive, and the location close to dining areas. Will certainly return.

Downtown Experience

We had an amazing stay celebrating a birthday. This neighborhood was lively and provided the downtown experience we were looking for. We walked to the Miami Heat game, and had short Uber rides to all the places of interests. I would stay here again.

Great stay at the Elser!

I rented this 3 bedroom condo for a bachelor party. The condo had incredible views, great supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the look and feel was sleek. Everyone was very pleased with the booking. Thanks again!

Wonderful

Talk about a centrally located facility, this complex is in the middle of many of Miami's desired locations.Going on a cruise? This place is for you. Going to Pier 5? This place is for you. Want to catch a Heat game? This place is for you.

The room

The room was not clean. We had to go back to the front desk to inform them of the conditions.

From the moment I got here it was a tremendous disappointment. The valet was so unprofessional that his boss sent him home while I was standing there. The checkin process took 45 minutes. It took another 20 minutes to get to our room because the elevators are assigned to each person so you're stuck waiting. I'm really upset with myself for wasting this much money on what was supposed to be a family getaway.
