this review does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or what was communicated during your stay. There were no issues with the cleanliness of the home, the appliances are all new, and the home looks as reflected in the property photos. You messaged us directly during your stay and mentioned that we had a nice house and that you would not leave a negative review. We have submitted those messages to Vrbo Customer Service for review. It is unfair to receive a poor, untruthful review after we made a good faith effort to accommodate you by providing a refund after your spouse was unhappy with the location. The location is clearly disclosed in the listing. We take pride in providing our guests with a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented property

Great location to everything Arlington has to offer (AT&T stadium, Texas rangers, six flags, dining etc) very quiet neighborhood! A/C worked great, WiFi is good. Back bedroom is HUGE and has queen size bed (plenty of room for a pack n play). Only thing missing is outdoor seating if that’s your thing.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay!! The host was easy to communicate with and was very prompt in responding to us with any questions! The neighborhood was comfy, I love it by a busy street but still quiet!! From here on out when we travel from Kansas we’ll definitely getting this again the kids had lots to do in the area!! Overall good stay. Perfect location. There were some things that could have made the stay great. There were lights outside shining through the curtains at night that we were trying to turn off and couldn’t. The curtains were very thin so the sun shined through early in the morning. Black out curtains, Better mattresses and a larger couch would have really made the stay!
