Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this spacious two-story villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The home also includes a guest powder room and an additional half bathroom conveniently located by the pool.

Guests will enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large breakfast area, an expansive living and dining space, a private studio, a sparkling swimming pool, and a large Jacuzzi—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the resort.

Casa de Campo Resort Fee:

A mandatory resort registration fee is required for all villa guests and is not included in the rental rate.

Current fees are:

-US$30 per adult (14+) per day
-US$20 per child (ages 4–13) per day
-Children 4 years and under: Complimentary

Resort fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Sample concierge fees include:

-Grocery shopping: Starting at US$75 plus taxes (price varies based on the size of the shopping list)
-Restaurant and boat reservations: US$25 for reservation
-Daily concierge assistance during your stay: US$25 per day

Please note that last-minute concierge requests may incur additional charges, depending on availability.

To ensure the highest level of service, we recommend sending us your complete list of requests 15 to 20 days prior to arrival if possible. This allows us to prepare everything in advance and make your stay as seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible.

Golf Cart Rentals:

Be sure to inquire about the availability of our electric golf carts. We offer:

-One 4-passenger electric golf cart
-One 6-passenger electric golf cart

Daily rental rates vary by season. A separate rental agreement must be signed, and payment is required on the first day of your stay.

Booking Requirements:

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
