The condo itself was as-described. Clean, spacious, and updated with plenty of room for four adults and two younger children. Check-in process was smooth and the host responded very quickly to my inquiries. The view from the condo was excellent. The amenities of the resort were good, too (plenty of pools, tiki bar, workout room, arcade, etc.).The only 'negatives' I can think of were with the resort itself. The pools were chaotic, and there are no lifeguards whatsoever. While there are signs indicating that there weren't lifeguards, it's an easy fix for the resort to provide some to ensure guest safety.

Beautiful view. Lots of space for our family vacation. Have a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful! It was a wonderful home away from home. We would love to return!

The condo was clean and the host was very timely in her replies. Parking was secure and shops along with mini golf was close by. Beaches were clean and not crowded.

Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Our host was truly responsive and available. Will highly recommend this place. This place is very centrally located, close to the airport shopping and family activities. Great place to stay!

Cornhole team

Our High School cornhole team stayed. The set up was perfect fpr our group. Pool area was nice. Location to the beach was amazing.

We had a wonderful time! Our unit was beautiful, clean and spacious! Great view from 15th floor. Quick Elevators. Pools on property were good. Condo bedrooms and all 3 bathrooms clean with good amount of space. Would recommend for family vacation.

Unit itself is nice and mostly true to description. NOT top floor as described.The issue we had was check-in. Paid extra for an early check-in and was sent the code at the agreed upon time. When we entered the unit it was trashed. Apparently there was miscommunication between the management company and the cleaning team. When I tried to contact the management company, all I received was a text that they were working on it. No one would pick up the phone and talk to me. That seemed very unprofessional. I never did get an explanation as to what happened. Only that I would (obviously) receive a refund for my early check-in fee. Still waiting on that.Property and unit were fine once we were in. But getting there was the challenge.

The perfect view and family setup. Many pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, a kid area with a slide, tiki bars, friendly hotel staff, and beach proximity. I loved being in the shaded lazy river with my baby and a cocktail while the family swam. But, amenities were inconsistent, cleanliness was average, and communication and check-in issues. Dish soap and towels were provided, but no dish rag. The remote/TV in one bedroom were broken. Expired gym passes from the host needed front desk help. They reluctantly replaced them temporarily as long as we returned them before leaving. The condo appeared clean, but my baby got very dirty knees/feet within minutes of being on the floor. Some of the hotel/pool areas were run-down, but not enough to bother us. All very minor issues compared to the communication and check-in issues. We paid 75 for early check-in at 1. After calls and texts to the host with no response, we finally received our room code at 2:15. With no contact, my stomach dropped thinking we were scammed. Hours later the host responded asking if check-in was smooth. I explained my issues and asked for a partial refund of the early check-in fee. No response. We also had conflicting messages to urgently print parking passes, so we rerouted to find a place to print on the way. But when we arrived, passes were in the room. Communication, customer service, and clear instructions are lacking. Lovely place, but stressful check-in and unreliable communication deter me from recommending

nice place but they skimp on the essentials.

The unit itself and the location was nice, but for the high price you pay you expect the basics. No paper towels, no tissues, no complementary detergent or dishwasher pods. Remote was dead so we had to buy batteries. NO SECURE INTERNET. They only had public wifi for the entire 20 story complex! It's a privately owned unit, it should have its own wifi. My husband had to go to a friend's condo as he could not send legal documents over a public wifi. Highly disappointed that we had to run out to get simple essential items that every other property we've stayed at has provided. Pack your patience for check in. Complete chaos! When they tell you check in is at 4, they mean it. You literally get your code at 4:01. No getting in early without being charged. At 4pm everyone and their brother is trying to check in! What should have taken us 5 minutes took us 45! The loading zone was a hot mess. Getting into and out of a parking space was a nightmare. Cars would block people in, and cars didn't have enough room to back out. No rolling carts to be found because so many people were hoarding them. Took us 10 minutes to get into an elevator. I've never heard so many angry people in the elevator complaining about the ridiculous check in chaos. Overall we had a nice stay after we chilled out from the chaos. Our unit was pretty quiet and had a nice view. There were a lot of nice restaurants close by and it was easy drive to Cal Ripken fields.

We got there and did not get our door code. VRBO kept telling me I owed more when I had proof that I already paid everything. I already verified my ID and such. I received an email 2 days before stating we were good to go. I finally received the door code THE DAY WE WERE TO CHECK OUT. I ended up having to rent elsewhere. Definitely would NOT recommend renting from this host.
