Cozy two bedroom apartment closed to the beach
The house has just been finished. It is very nice and modern. The house is composed from a kitchen/living room, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a nice and spacious bathroom with Shower and a nice veranda. Closed to the house there are other units that we rent to tourists and also our house where I live with my family.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
The house is located on land side of the Seven Miles Beach, and we are closed to the Morass . It is really peaceful and the surrounding is the ideal for who loves nature and birds.
We are really closed to the beach, more or less 50 meter, we are also closed to downtown and the major attractions in Negril.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The House is really modern and clean. The quality of the furnitures of the kitchen and bathroom is high standard but the environment surrounding the house I think it makes the difference. The yard is quiet and informal but in the same time really safe. You will feel like home.
