Welcome to our peaceful studio, a cozy tiny home retreat designed just for couples and solo travelers! Start your day with a coffee on the porch, listening to the gentle sounds of nature. Explore the beautiful river and nearby Sweet Arrow Lake, perfect for fishing or hiking just minutes away. At sunset, unwind by the fire or enjoy a delicious BBQ under the painted sky.
You’ll enjoy a private studio unit with your own entrance and complete privacy, even though the backyard is shared. The porch offers a serene spot for relaxing mornings or evenings. The backyard features a fire pit (firewood provided), patio hammock, propane BBQ grill (propane provided), and a private hot tub.
Important Note:
This is a genuine tiny home, everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort in a truly compact space. The studio is ideal for couples who value a minimalist getaway and authentic small living experience. If you are over 6 feet tall, need extra space, or prefer generous room to spread out, this may feel cramped.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and a dining area.
Keurig coffee maker provided (pods available when possible).
Cozy bedroom includes a TV for entertainment.
Bathroom is very compact (fits one person at a time), clean, and modern.
Bathroom sink water is cold only; no hot water option.
A/C is available in warmer months (mid-March to mid-October); not available in winter. A fan is provided. Heating is available in winter (extra portable heater on request).
WiFi available throughout the studio.
Iron and ironing board included.
One parking space on premises.
Hot tub available in backyard (shared areas, but still private).
Guests have full access to the studio, porch, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, bathroom, patio hammock, BBQ grill, spacious backyard, and fire pit.

Hot Tub Policy: Only water is allowed, no shampoo, soap, bubble bath, or foaming products. Use of foaming products or causing any damage will result in a $500 charge.
No children of any age permitted
No additional guests past your booking confirmation are allowed
Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
No parties or third-party bookings; only registered guests may enter the property
Strictly no pets allowed; documented service animals must be registered prior to arrival
Any violation will result in removal and no refund
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on property ($500 smoke odor removal fee)
Please respect quiet hours: 10pm to 7am. Excessive noise or complaints can result in full deposit forfeiture and removal
Maintain the space in good condition; extra cleaning fees apply for excessive mess
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay
Use designated parking; do not block driveways or access points
Turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning when leaving the property
Valid ID required for booking
Full names of all guests must be disclosed
