The Host and communication was exellent- quick replies to all our questions starting with the booking! The home was charming and clean and loved the front porch! Very quiet and respectful neighborhood. A three block walk to shoppes/restaurant's on Asbury.

This property is very clean, well appointed, and in a good location. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and fixed any issues that arose. There were a few hiccups that were resolved quickly and efficiently. I will continue to rent from Heavenly Rez and would definitely recommend that families stay here!

Everything was great. Very good location. About 10 min walk to the beach and boardwalk. Only a few blocks to some grassy areas to walk our dogs. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store 5 blocks away. So much supplied with the house (linens, beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent). Will definitely be booking again for next year. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time! Would definitely think about staying again. Very nice place. Only drawback was the higher cost then expected of having dogs.

This was our second time with this VRBO property and I highly recommend.Beautifully appointed in beachy colors and themes, with many “start” amenities such as bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap in both bathrooms, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee filters coffee pods. A HUGE plus of included bed linens, pillows, towels and washcloths, beach towels, beach caddy, boogie boards and beach toys. If you’ve rented down the shore before, you know how it feels to lug those items back and forth. And extra special that the beds were already made up !Kim was very responsive by text when we had a couple questions, and kept us informed about trash days and check out time and “to do’s” also via text.We look forward to renting again next summer !

The description of this property is exactly as written. The decor is beautiful and beachy, this home was very clean and the linen service was an added bonus. No need to lug bags of bed linens, bath and beach towels. The location in the north end was quiet, far enough from the bustle and noise, but easy to navigate into town. Highly recommend this property !

Great Place

The house is true to the pictures online. It was just right for our family of 5. Beautifuly done, kitchen was well equipped. The AC broke down the day we arrived but they immediately arranged for a portable unit which was very effective. We will certainly consider renting this house again if we go to OC again.

Clean and nicely decorated house with comfortable couches and beds! We appreciated the lines and beach towels that were provided. Kitchen is stocked but if you're planning to do much cooking you may want to consider bringing your favorite kitchen items and using paper products for meals as there's only minimal silverware and plates. There was ample parking between the back and the street for our 3 vehicles. Our group - made up of 3 generations of women - all enjoyed staying here and spent a good amount of time on the front porch. Only disappointment was that the 3rd single bed (with the bunk beds) was a trundle bed. Property manager responded quickly to any communication.

Family of seven vacation!

The house was clean and adorable! Location was quiet, and a beautiful part of OC, especially in regards to the beach. Gillian’s is a 5 min walk from where you access the boardwalk. Loved that beach towels, linens & bath towels were included in the rental. If you do not want to pack beach chairs, they have those, too! Having all those amenities included with the house rental made getting ready for the trip a breeze and so convenient. We absolutely loved the porch and that it does not face the sun, so it was perfect for sitting outside, which we did all the time. The location was great! Close to Somers Point (10 min drive) to every store you could ever need. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. (10 min walk.) Several cute eateries and a beach store within a few blocks of the house. Puccini pizzeria was a 3 min drive from the house. Parking on the street was never an issue for us. Our children all have cars and always found a spot close to the house. (One car parking spot behind the house.) The beach on 3rd was awesome! We loved Oves Grill being up on the boardwalk right there, as we did not have to pack food for the beach (big time saver)! One of our best vacations!
