Large cedar fenced back yard, (w/gas grill), providing peace and serenity. A few miles from DFW Airpt. Gaylord Texan & Great Wolf Lodge waterpark and hotel complexes are just a few minutes away
This crisp, clean & comfy home is a must stay for your visit to the unique, enchanting & delightful City of Vineyards!

PETS-Small Dogs Only(With Authorization). Sorry….NO CATS…
1-2(max)…smaller dogs (under 20 pounds ea) are ok. (with pre-authorization). We do need to know about your dogs….1 or 2, breed, size, sex, fixed, current shots, etc. Small pet fee, and security deposit.
Sorry, but ABSOLUTELY NO CATS..
And please, absolutely no smoking or vaping inside (including garage). Outside only.
NOTE: Check out is at 11 AM. 15 minute grace period. $50 late checkout fee after 11:15 am. $100 after 12 noon. $150 after 1 pm….etc
PLEASE NOTE: for stays longer than 2-weeks, we have an additional $115 cleaning fee schedule.
This is to ensure everything is kept tidy, fresh (including towel/linen change, re-stock supplies, etc.) and clean during your stay, and to keep our cleanup project, upon check out, manageable:
For stays of
3-weeks+, $115 each period, (the shorter of your halfway point, or every 2-weeks)

We are always available and within reach, and in fact, I live 20 minutes nearby. So we are very responsive to our guests needs!

We are uniquely and conveniently located very close to DFW airport, and a half mile stroll down to the historic N. Main St., District of Grapevine, we’re all elite, cool wineries, restaurants and entertainment venues are. We are also a three minute drive from Gaylord Texan, and great Wolf Lodge and hotel complexes. As well as the waterpark.
So everything is a quick shot from our location !
