Great place

We've been to this house a few times and love it. Lots of lovely space, helpful staff, nice pool, and of course the lake. The rooms are clean and large.

Great communication with the host! The house is amazing! The service and the cook impecable, we had the best pupuzas ever. The rooms are very comfortable, all the towels and amenities are provided.

Our group of 13 had a wonderful time at this gorgeous lake home which is more like a resort. Plenty of space to gather or get away. Marina was so helpful and kind!

Beautiful home and great location. Sad we only stayed one night. More than enough space for our group of 12. Hot water and washer and dryer were a plus. Plan to come back when visiting the country again.

This vacation home was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious, comfortable, and spotless from the moment we arrived. The décor was charming and made us feel right at home. We loved relaxing on the patio and waking up to such a peaceful atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided, and the host made sure our stay was smooth and easy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. And most importantly Marina and Juan Manuel were very helpful and always at our disposition.

A Short But Memorable Stay

There were 14 of us on a humanitarian aid trip to El Salvador and at the end of the trip we wanted some place nice to stay - and we found it at this lovely home. We only had 2 days to relax and this home really let us enjoy our time off in El Salvador. We will definitely come back again and visit this lovely location. Thanks for your hospitality Ricco.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

This is our second time staying at this property, and just like the last time, it provided a memorable weekend! So much fun between the dock, where the children enjoyed jumping into the and the perfect view. The house has everything you need for the weekend, comfortable and clean bedrooms. We couldn’t have asked for more. Marina is such a huge help as well.

Fantastic Location

This place is amazing . The location is beautiful (albeit the road in is a bit rough); the rooms are spacious and well-stocked; Marina is a great cook and always willing to help out. The only negative issue is that the closest Super Selecto Grocery store is about 40 minutes away, so be sure to bring in everything you will need (water, charcoal, lighter-fluid, cooking spices, etc). Ricco was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The best place my family and I have ever stayed.

This house is absolutely breath taking. The photos do not serve justice to the layout of the home and the amazing view of every. You can tell the owners once lived there because of the attention to detail, commodities and decor throughout. A major plus to the house was Marina and Juan, together they severed the home and made it feel safe. Marina lives up the hill and was ready to help in anything needed. She would open the gate for us, when we stepped out, helped us unload if needed, cleaned the entire house daily and even offered to cook. I notice no one mentioned jet-skies service are available. Marina just has to call the company and they come right to the pier of the lake (this was so much fun and so convenient, not free but not expensive) same company offered us a boat tour around the lake. Come to find out the presidential vacation home is a few houses down along with many other important figures (that should tell you the standard of the house and it’s location) Each room has its own full bathroom with hot water, towels, extra linens, AC units and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and comes with many pillows!! The pool is heated and cleaned every morning by Juan and lights up at night. They are very strict that only 14people sleep in house, but its a understandable rule. More than that, would change the experience of your stay. Getting to the home is a-bit tricky but Marina contact information was provided, we gave her a call and she walked us through the process. It was just such a pleasant stay that I keep going. Overall, this was the best vacation home my family and I have stayed. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable place

Our family spent four nigths at this fantastic place, the house is super comfortable with all you need to feel at home, the views of the lake are absolutely stunning. It was our second time there and we would love to be back soon.

Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience my family and I had at Vistalago. There is so much attention to detail on the property, our vacation could have not been any better. Service was impeccable. Marina knows how to treat her guests with the utmost attention. A true paradise. We look forward to returning again soon.
