This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 2 with parking just downstairs from the unit. The Unit itself is has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open concept Kitchen/Livingroom. There is a king size bed and a cute sitting area for eating or working with a Roku TV. The bathroom has a shower only in it (*no tub). These units are updated but have managed to keep its 1900s charm. *no washer/dryer currently**stairs*

Cute unit. Clean and good use of space. Good directions on access. Parking a little challenging on the hill.

The unit is exactly like the pictures, and is perfect for a couple - max. Very clean. Since parking is behind the unit and stairs are required, I would recommend adding more solar lights to light up the area a bit more. It’s a quiet neighborhood which is nice.

I would stay again I would just pick a room on the street side due to all the stairs
The hosts were absolutely wonderful I only wish that all the stairs had been pictured on the listing. The cleaning crew could have done a little better job it looks like somebody's dog had trampled all over the futon and drooled all over it and there was a ton of dog hair and dust under the bed otherwise the place was spotless and the host offered to come clean it but I declined again they were absolutely wonderful and I would rent again but I would rent on the other side of their Apartments so as not to do all the stairs because I am handicapped and I really struggled getting my luggage in and out since they weren't pictured on the listing. If it weren't for those few issues I would have given them five stars!

Thank you so much for the review! I have reviewed with my cleaners and the owners on this. We should have updated pictures of the stairs included very soon. My cleaners are also going to be more diligent with the couch going forward. Thank you~
