We include the basics: towels, soap, toilet paper, linens, coffee machine is a KEURIG. PLS BRING YOUR PODS.
We are not responsable for the pool and hot tub in case of Maintenance it other issues.
We DO NOT include: coffee pods

TENNIS COURTS AVAILABLE. First come first serve at the bottom of street. Entry code 5336. Bring your racquets and tennis balls.

Please note that the shared amenities operate seasonally. For Fall 2026, the swimming pool will remain open until September 14, while the spa will remain available until October 12. After these dates, the amenities will be closed for the season.

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

*We do not provide any firewood or propane.*

We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!
