Welcome to Le Plateau, located at Mont Tremblant Resort, in the Domaine de la Forêt. Le Plateau is walking distance from the pedestrian village and offers ski in/out access to the slopes. Take in the views of both the mountain and Lac Tremblant while you enjoy the complex’s many amenities, such as the pool. Walk the trails on the mountain, experience waterfalls and animal life. This condo offers the perfect blend of mountain life and convenience of resort amenities.

The space
The interior is a rustic and cute design, nicely decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The living area is quaint and cozy perfect for a family escape or couples getaway, creating a warm and rustic ambiance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and cookware. It is an open concept with an adjacent dining area spilling into the living room with a walk-out sliding glass door. Through that door you have a nice patio with a dining set and muskoka chairs to enjoy the large open space that includes a sizeable pond and leads to the pool. Great for the kids!

The ground floor condo boasts two bedrooms: Bedroom #1 features a King sized bed, closet, dresser and TV. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen sized bed and double bunk bed as well as a closet, dresser and TV.

Guest access
The complex has a free shuttle service to the mountain, and direct access to bike and snowshoe/walking trails, making it an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts. Parking is a breeze with a spot right out front of the unit and ample visitor parking in the complex. There's also a secure ski and bike storage closet at the entrance to the condo.

Other details to note
This condo has a ski-in trail that takes you over top of Chemin de la Foret and down to the P2 lift. Ultra convenient for first tracks and also great to hike up and down from the village in the other months to enjoy the restaurants, hiking trails, kids parks and other amenities.

L'intérieur est un design rustique et coquet, joliment décoré de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salle de bain. L'espace de vie est pittoresque et confortable, idéal pour une escapade en famille ou en couple, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et rustique.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine essentiels. C'est un concept ouvert avec une salle à manger adjacente qui donne sur le salon avec une porte coulissante en verre. De l'autre côté de cette porte, vous avez un joli patio et des chaises muskoka pour profiter du grand espace ouvert qui comprend un grand étang et mène à la piscine. Idéal pour les enfants !

Le condo du rez-de-chaussée comprend deux chambres à coucher : la chambre 1 comprend un lit King, une armoire, une commode et une télévision. La chambre 2 comprend un lit Queen et un lit double superposé, ainsi qu'une armoire, une commode et une télévision.

Ce condo dispose d'une piste de ski qui vous emmène en haut du Chemin de la Forêt et jusqu'à la remontée mécanique P2. Ultra pratique pour les premières traces et également idéal pour monter et descendre du village les autres mois pour profiter des restaurants, des sentiers de randonnée, des parcs pour enfants et d'autres commodités.

Accès pour les visiteurs
Le complexe dispose d'un service de navette gratuit vers la montagne et d'un accès direct aux pistes cyclables et aux sentiers de raquette/marche, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour les amateurs de plein air.

Le stationnement est un jeu d'enfant avec une place juste devant l'unité et un grand parking pour les visiteurs dans le complexe. Un local à skis et à vélos sécurisé se trouve également à l'entrée de l'appartement.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Perfect Early Spring Getaway

The place was great, but we went in between the busy winter and busy summer seasons so some places had shorter hours.The condo was perfect and clean. Check in and check out and communications with the owners was seamless.In between seasons, the bus didn’t go to our road, but the walk was great and the entire family had no problem walking to and from town. Ski gloves were great in early April! Not all trails were open, but everything was great and pretty warm.I would definitely go back.

Great place, great location- really comfortable!

This was a great choice for our family. We were so pleased with the bed options and the plentiful, thick towels. There was coffee, oil and spices in the kitchen along with really nice pots and pans and quality knives- a perfect set up! There was also shampoo and cleaning supplies and detergent for dishwasher and washing machine, which made it easy to keep the place clean with our 4 kids. Only downside, and the reason for docking a star, was that the pool code was never provided to us during our stay. It was promised, but never delivered. This should not be advertised if they don’t plan to let you use it. We were told the pool was not available during our stay, but here were other guests using it all hours of the day.
