Best house I have ever rented through VRBO. Our group loved this house. It was so homey and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the outdoor fireplace and sitting area. We will definitely reserve this house again.

This home is a great weekend retreat, with wineries and fun in Fredericksburg!The house is comfortable and great for a family or a girls weekend.Back patio has night lighting and a stone fireplace, with comfortable seating for great stargazing!

Loved our stay at the farmhouse. It was very welcoming to our large family and we all had plenty of room. Also had a lot of fun playing ping pong and corn hole!

Host was welcoming and very thoughtful, outside fireplace was set and ready to be lit, everything was easy to find, switches labels, house was neat as a pin! Very relaxing place!

Our stay was excellent. The location near downtown was extremely convenient, and the home itself was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season, which made it feel warm and inviting. The accommodations were very comfortable, everything was spotless, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit.

The host was very responsive and gracious. The house was perfect. Great scenery, ample space for everyone, all amenities you could think of. It truly felt like i was house sitting for someone. Location off 290 is convenient. Definitely found the place to stay every time I’m back in town with my entire family.

It was the perfect place to spend my birthday weekend with friends and family! This home is located in a beautiful setting just off the beaten path of 290. It is centrally located on the wine trail and easily accessible. It is beautifully furnished and had all that we needed. The beds are comfortable and had plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside. The outdoor fireplace created fantastic evenings for relaxing and enjoying the spring evening. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts and creating a great hill country get-away!

This property was magical for our family Christmas. It is perfect for kids all the way to the grandparents. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. My only disappointment was that we disintegrated book for a longer stay. We will absolutely be back to visit!

Had a great stay. Had everything we needed and host was very nice and prompt with communication. Wonderful place to unwind in the evening and sip coffee on the porch in the mornings. We had 3 couples and the space was great, however; the two bedrooms upstairs I would call semi private as there are no doors to the rooms up there. Just something to be aware of. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect hill country escape

We have stayed at this property twice and love it! It has beautiful views from the back patio and is very well taken care of and furnished on the inside. The owner is wonderful to work with too!

Short drive to wineries and town but you may be just as happy staying at the property the whole time! The owners have done everything to ensure an amazing stay! Don’t look any further 😁
